Installation Instructions
READ AND UNDERSTAND THESE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE INSTALLING FIXTURE
This fixture is intended for installation in accordance
with the National Electrical Code and local regulations.
To assure full compliance with local codes and
regulations, check with your local electrical inspector
before installation. To prevent electrical shock, turn
off electricity at fuse box before proceeding.
Retain these instructions for maintenance reference.

NOTE: This instruction sheet covers several fixture styles.
Lamp type and ballast may vary slightly from that shown,
although installation is the same.
WARNING: FOR SUPPLY CONNECTIONS USE
WIRE RATED FOR AT LEAST 90°C.
CAUTION: MAKE CERTAIN WIRES ARE NOT
PINCHED BETWEEN PARTS.
CAUTION: MAXIMUM WATTAGE AS MARKED ON
FIXTURE MUST NOT BE EXCEEDED.
1. Place first fixture in finished cove assembly
and make proper connections. Make wire
connections for the first unit: black fixture
lead to hot (black) supply lead; white
fixture lead to neutral (white) supply lead
and green fixture wire is a ground wire for
proper grounding.
2. Insert flange of fixture into proper slot (see
arrow). Figure A.
Caution: Be careful not to pinch wires
under luminaire.

3. Fasten fixture to sheetrock support bracket.
See Figure B.

4. Make through wire connection to next fixture.
See Figure C.
5. Slide fixtures end to end and fasten fixture to
sheetrock support bracket. Continue
through complete cove. Figure D.
Caution: Be careful not to pinch wires
between luminaries.
6. Set reflectors in proper position and attach
reflector link bracket to ensure consistent
performance of reflector. Figure E.
