General Description
The EL6200C i s a s olid sta te h igh p erform ance lase r mo dula tion oscillator with external resistor adjustable frequency and amplitude. The
EL6200C is available in the 5-p in SOT23 to ena ble devi ce placeme nt
close to the laser for reduced EMI signature.
The oscillator frequency i s set by connecting a single external resistor
from the RFREQ pin to ground. The oscillator current output amplitude is set by connecting a si ng le exte rn al r esistor fro m t he RAMP pin
to ground.
The EL6200C has internal supply bypass capacitors to reduce oscillation noise spread through supply connections.
