If latch pin EB 280 is fitted ...

... remove with slot screwdriver.

Remove Product Sleeve or Splashguard. Unscrew rear guard screws.

Unscrew front guard screws.

Remove guard. Pins EB 235 must not fall out.

Remove scuffguard.

Drive out bolt carefully, with the help of a hammer

... and a mandrel.

Remove hold-open latch and latch spring.

Re-insert latch spring in shown direction.

Insert LeverAssist part as shown.

Re-insert bolt EB 031 ...

This side up

... and drive it in with a vice.

The lever should look like this now.

Legs of ramp must snap in properly.

Take supplied 'ramp' for the LeverAssist ...

Control lever pins EB 235. Assemble guard.

... and push it into the guard as shown.

Tighten front + rear guard screws.

Assemble scuffguard. Push product sleeve ...

... over scuffguard until it snaps in properly.

Test function.
