Designed for everyday business use, the EIZO FlexScan F520 delivers sharp and
accurate image reproduction, high performance standards, and power saving features.
The F520 complies with the most stringent ergonomic standards and earned
the distinction of being the first monitor in the world to receive TÜV ECO Circle
1999 certification.

Basic Specifications

The F520 has a fine dot pitch of

0.26 mm to guarantee clear
picture definition for both text
and graphics applications. A wide
horizontal scanning range of 30 ­96 kHz allows for both the
recommended resolution of 1024

Low Power Consumption

The F520 employs a newly
developed power saving mini-neck
CRT which requires only 80 watts
for normal operation to make it
one of the most energy efficient
17'' CRT monitors on the market.
With EIZO's PowerManagerTM,
power consumption is reduced to
less than 3 watts when the F520 is
on but not in use. The F520 also
includes an off timer function
which allows the user to set the
monitor to enter a secondary
power off state (less than 3 watts)
at a predetermined time.

Ergonomic Design

For user safety and preservation of
the environment, the F520
complies with the most stringent
ergonomic standards. The F520 is
also the first monitor in the world
to obtain TÜV ECO Circle 1999
certification. This new standard
covers safety, ergonomics, EMC,
noise, energy savings, pollutant
reduction, and recycling, and
assures the user that the F520 is at
the forefront of ergonomic design.

i⋅SoundTM Sound Unit

For the enhancement of multimedia
applications, EIZO offers the

i⋅Sound, a separately sold speaker

unit which comfortably attaches to
the control panel console of the
F520. The i⋅Sound is equipped with
two speakers, two stereo mini-jack
cables, and a microphone. The unit
is powered directly from the
monitor.

i⋅StationTM USB Hub

To simplify the installation of
desktop peripherals, EIZO
manufactures the i⋅Station, an
attachable USB hub unit. The

i⋅Station fits around the front

cabinet to seamlessly blend with
the design of the monitor and
occupy no additional desktop
space. The unit is also sold
separately.
