PIPE-FIX+ DUO

You have made a good choice buying our PIPE-FIX+ DUO machine with ’two-in-one’
function: you can use it as a pipe belt grinder as well as a belt-filing machine.

In combination with the corresponding accessory parts, you will obtain a perfect
surface on open and closed pipe constructions.

1. Used as a pipe belt grinder, the small powerful machine is very well suitable for all usual pipe
diameters where you will achieve an optimal result from coarse grinding to mirror-finish polish­ing. You can remove welding seams as well as deep scratches and polish up to a mirror-finish
within a very short time. So you will have a homogenous grinding finish without any t ransi­tions, even on very long balustrades. You can quickly ‘renew’ already worn or damaged hand­rails.

2. In a few seconds and without any tools, the PIPE-FIX+ DUO can be changed into a belt filing
machine: simply remove the clip lever (continuously adjustable), take off the front running roll
and fix the belt filing attachment by means of the clip lever. The belt is guided by the corre­sponding gap in the drive roll. T he grinding belt s are automatically tightened through the built­in spring in the front part of the belt filing attachment.

The PIPE-FIX+ DUO is equipped with an electronics that can be continuously adjusted as re­quired. An adjust ment of the grinding belts is not necessary any more – even in case of a lat­eral ’shifting’, they will not slip away.

Speed range:

Simple continuous speed control by a small milled wheel at the back
part of the handle. Following revs can be set through the electronics:

Step A: 2.000 rpm

Step B: 2.700 rpm

Step C: 3.500 rpm

Step D: 4.100 rpm

Step E: 4.800 rpm

Step F: 5.600 rpm

Step G: 6.000 rpm
