Use Caution when handling and assembling metal parts. The metal may have sharp edges
or corners. The use of protective gloves is recommended. Do not use this unit for anything
that is outside the designed function of storage. Always remember to use proper lifting tech­niques when moving either the boxed or assembled storage bins.

Use of a raised flat surface during assembly is highly recommended. During shipping and
handling, some of the tabs that are used for assembly may have closed together. Use a flat
tipped screwdriver to either pry up or push from behind the tab to re-open. Make sure that
the storage bins are placed on a level surface, as this may effect the performance of the unit.

This instruction sheet was designed to help you
assemble the Steel Storage Bin in the proper
way, please follow them using all parts provided.
Any alteration or deviation from these instruc­tions can result in unit failure.

Start by unfolding the bin body so that the sides
are 90 degrees from the bottom (see figure 1).
Next take one bin front and align the tabs so that
they are over the receiving holes of the bin
sides. Push the bin front upward so the tabs
fully engage into the bin side receiving holes
(see figure 2). Do the same for the opposite bin
front.

Next install the four (4) supplied corner clips on
each corner of the storage bin. These clips are
used to make the storage bin stackable (see
figure 3).

Next add the plastic handles to both sides of the
bin fronts by pushing the handle through the
handle cut outs of the bin fronts (see figure 4).
Finally install the paper labels into the label
holders of the bin fronts (see figure 4).
