After entering the 4-digit engineering code, #, row number and user code if you enter a valid syntax you hear, two beeps. If you enter an invalid syntax you hear single beep. That means wrong operation has been done, and the commands are ignored. You could repeat the operation by pressing # button.

When thedevice receives analarm it starts callingthe pre-entered telephonenumbers from the firstnumber. It cancall 5 times if the dialed number doesn't answer or it is busy. After 10 times ringing if it's not answered it calls the next number. Thedevice reads16 seconds recordedvoice.
After reading the message, the device waits 10 seconds to have an order. After listening the message enter the user code than press the 2 button and if you heard two beeps it cannot call the following telephone number, the relay is became anactive conditionsby entering usercode thanpressing 1 buttonin 10seconds.
To makeanother operation2-3 seconds shouldbe wait.(The relay inactive conditions.)

SD 630A is a security dialer which calls up to six telephone numbers and playbacks pre-recorded voice as a warning message, when an alarm occurs. The alarm is detected when the alarm terminal of the device are open-circuited. In normal operation alarm terminals should be short-circuited and jumpers should be positioned as shownin figure 3 and jumpers must be positioned as shown in Figure 3 and a phone line is connected to LINE terminal of the device.
J1 and J2 should be in N (Normal) position while in normal working mode, as shown in Figure 3. Operates with Negative Triggering When the Jumper 5 as in Figure 1, and operates with Positive Triggering when the jumper as in Figure 2.

We can start to operate SD 630A 3 seconds after supplying power.
Siren sound is heard on the telephone on alarm conditions. The alarm output of the alarm panel should be dry contact type. Fabrication engineering code is 1234. To return to the fabrication codes, please, first cut off the power, short circuit J4 then apply the power. You
will hear the confirmation sound then you should make J4 open-circuit.
Operating frequency is between 390Hz and 490Hz

How to Program the Device
The device should be programmed before using it. During programming J1 and J2 jumpers conditions should be
as in figure 4. 6 telephone numbers can be programmed and each telephone number can have special password

J1 and J2 must be programming conditions . Hang up the telephone which is connected to the TEL port of the device and short-circuit J3 jumper when the red led on the PCB is on device start recording your warning message. The messageshould notexceed 16 seconds. When theLED light is offthat means the recordingtime is over.When therecording is finishedJ3 jumpermust be open-circuitedagain.
