The newest 2 lb. capacity additions to our Heavy Duty Stainless Scales line feature rotating dials with an over-under function, air dashpots for instant
readings, temperature compensated mechanisms, and graduations down to 1/8 oz. These NSF Certified scales offer Edlund quality construction and
are available with a standard oversize stainless steel platform or optional stainless bowl. The large 30 degree angle rotating dial face and red pointer
assure accurate readings every time. These new heavy duty scales will lighten your load and make quick work of your portioning tasks.
