Safety
Read all safety warnings and instructions. Failure to follow the warnings and instructions can result in electric shocks, fire and/or serious injuries.
Store manual and instructions in a sensible location for future reference.
The battery charger supplied matches the lithium battery installed in the Lithium-ion back pack sprayer. DO NOT USE any other charger to recharge the Lithium-ion multifunction sprayer.
When spraying a mixture of different liquids, user must put on safety glasses, masks, gloves and protective clothing to avoid accidents and injuries. Do not spray upwards for pesticide spraying. Do not spray on other people, animals and food items. Do not spray for long periods of time at high temperatures. Do not use the sprayer under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.
In dealing with pesticides, user must follow all of the safety instructions.
User must use clean water. Powder pesticides should be dissolved well in water, and then let the mixture sit for a short period of time. In this way, the mixture can pass through the filter and avoid damaging the sprayer.
When using the sprayer, if there is a drop in water pressure, and/or the power indicator is red, user should immediately re-charge the sprayer to avoid damaging the battery.
Do not put any machineries/devices in the water.
After use, rinse out the sprayer and tank well with clean water. Run water through the spray gun for a few minutes while pressing the trigger. If necessary, you can remove both nozzles for cleaning if they are clogged.
When storing the sprayer, charge the battery at least once every three months to protect it from damage. Store the sprayer in a dry, secure location indoors, out of reach of children.
Keep the work area clean and well lit, as cluttered and dark areas can result in accidents. Do not operate the sprayer in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of flammable liquids, gases or dust.
While operating the sprayer, keep children, bystanders and animals away as distractions can cause you to lose control.
Make sure that the power rating on the plug matches the outlet (230V 50HZ).
Never modify the plug in any way.
Do not use any adaptor plugs with earthed (grounded) power tools. Unmodified plugs and matching outlets will reduce risk of electric shock. To prevent the risk of electric shock, when operating the sprayer avoid body contact with earthed or grounded surfaces, such as pipes, radiators, ranges or refrigerators. Checking your Sprayer
Before using the sprayer, be sure that the battery is fully charged and in full power.
The tank should contain some water first before operating the sprayer.
Open the back cover of the sprayer, insert the battery pack, and then close the cover.
Turn the power switch on, then check if:
The motor is working properly. Power output indicator light is green, Display is normal.
Open the handle switch to check that it is working properly. Check the effect of the sprays when using different types of nozzles.
Check if the water tank has any leakages.
Battery
Charging: After buying the sprayer, please fully charge the battery first. General charging time is about 4 – 5
hours. The battery pack has a rechargeable battery protection function that automatically powers off in case the user forgot to turn off the power supply for a long time and damage the battery due to overcharging it.
Make sure that your home power supply voltage matches with the input voltage charger line (230V AC
50HZ); when the charger plug is inserted into the socket, it should lit up with a green light.
If the charger DC plug is inserted into the battery pack socket, the charger light is red. The charger light is red, which means that it is still charging; bright green light means that the battery is
full.
In the process of charging, the battery pack surface releases heat; this is a normal phenomenon.
This machine has an AS (adjustable speed) switch configuration that switches from high speed to low speed and vice-versa.
When charging, please use the charger that is made exclusively for this sprayer. User must not use other types of chargers when charging the battery pack.
4
The battery pack has a discharge protection function, which automatically stops charging when the battery is fully-charged. Please turn off the power switch immediately to avoid damaging the battery.
When in use, user should check the sprayer connections for leaks, first with a water spray test and also when installing the sprayer.
When adding water, it cannot exceed the safe water level line. Then do test sprays of 10 times or more so that the barrel pressure will increase to the level of the working pressure.
When spraying is done, pour out the barrel residual liquid, rinse the sprayer, and then dry it out.
When the sprayer will not be used for a long time, clean the main parts, dry them up, and then placed them in a cool, dry place.
Turn off the power immediately after each charging, it can prolong the life of the battery.
If the sprayer is not going to be used for a long time, clean the various components of the sprayer. Charge the battery pack every 1 – 2 months to ensure that the battery does run out of power, which can extend the battery life.
This machine is equipped with a three-hole nozzle and a powder surface applicator. Choose different spray nozzles according to different environmental requirements.
This machine is installed battery door on the back. If the spraying area is larger, can also prepare a battery pack, open the battery door can be replaced.
Use clean water; this machine is equipped with a special filter.
WARNING! When the battery is discharging, it will completely go into protection state. Please turn off the power switch
immediately. Do not frequently start the sprayer after this, as this could easily damage the battery and shorten its service life.
After discharging for a long time, the temperature of the battery pack will rise. Please let the battery rest for a certain period of time after you charge it.
Avoid water being sprinkled onto the barrel wall, as water can flow along the barrel wall and trickle down to the battery socket position, which might cause the battery pack to short-circuit
Maintenance

Troubleshooting
Does not start up: The battery pack is inserted incorrectly; power switch is not turned on or hose has inner
pressure; if the sprayer is still unable to start, have it checked by an authorised personnel.
The switch handle is leaking water: The switch handle is not tightened enough, which will cause water
leakage; replace the new washer screw and tighten the handle.
The switch handle is loose: Sprayer must be unused for a long period of time, liquid inside sprayer is
turbid. Remove the switch, then scrape out the rust. Apply a small amount of lubricating oil, then re-install. Tighten with screws.
Spraying quality not good: The spray nozzle is probably clogged or the water filter is blocked with dirt.
Clear up the spraying hole and remove any debris blocking the opening; if the filter is clogged, remove the cleaning filter and remove the dirt that is clogging it.
Anti-drip failure: The silica gel plug is loose in the nozzle. Open the nozzle, clean and re-arrange the silica gel plug, then re-assemble the nozzle.
Battery pack isn’t charging: Check whether there is a voltage charger; if the charger light is not bright, the charger has gone bad.
Charger is good but still isn’t charging: Check the battery pack voltage if it is in a full-power state. If still unable to charge and the battery pack voltage is not in a full-power state, it is not charging the battery pack and may be damaged. Please discontinue using the charger.
