Access Controller Quick Start Guide

Thank you for your purchase of the eDimensional Access Controller by BenHeck. The Access Controller
is designed to allow you to access all buttons and controls for Playstation game play with a single hand.
Each of the controls are built into individual modules which can be removed and swapped into any of the
6 positions for various gaming and control styles. The unit is designed to rest on a table or balance on
your leg.

Important Note – Before swapping any control modules, be sure that the controller is turned off. Once
the device is off, swap the modules as needed, then you can immediately turn the device on and resume
game play.

Plugging in the Device

The Access Controller is a wireless device and includes a wireless receiver with a
connection suitable for the Playstation 2 console. Simply plug the receiver into the
Playstation 2 controller port as you would any other controller.

Also included is a Playstation 2 to USB adapter that allows you to connect the receiver to a Playstation 3
console or even a Windows PC. Simply connect the adapter to the receiver and the USB end to your
Playstation 3 console or PC. When connected to your PC, the Access controller should be recognized as
a game controller and can be configured using the Game Controller setup utility located in your Control
Panel.

Turning On/Off the Device

There is a small button on the bottom of the device next to the battery compartment that turns the unit on
and off. When the unit is turned on, the LED on the wireless receiver will light up and turn solid. When the
unit is turned off, the LED on the wireless receiver will start blinking while plugged in. Be sure to turn the
unit off before swapping modules.

Swapping Modules

The Access Controller features 5 individual control modules. Each can be placed in any of the 6 available
module slot positions. Each module has grooves on either side meant to ensure the module is placed

properly in the slot. DO NOT FORCE THE MODULE INTO THE
SLOT. If you feel resistance when starting to insert the module, it
is likely not lined up properly. Forcing the module into the slot
when it is misaligned can cause permanent damage to the device.
Each slot also has indentations on either side to help you pull out
each module. This can also be done with one hand. Be sure to pull
the module straight out and not at an angle to prevent damage.
When placing a module in a slot, ensure that it slides in easily.
Once it is almost completely in the slot, you can push it down more
firmly to complete the connection to the unit.
