This equipment has been tested and found to com ply with the limits for a Cl ass B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of FCC Rules. These limits are d esigned to provide reasonable p rotection against harmful interference in a residential inst allation. This equip ment generate s, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordan ce with the inst ructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. Howeve r, there is no guarante e that interference will not occur in a particular installati on. If this equipment d oes cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, whi ch can be determi ned by turning t he equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:
1. Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
2. Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
3. Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from th at to which the receiver i s connected.
4. Consult the dealer or an experienced radio technician for help.
FCC Caution
This equipment must be installed and o perated in acco rdance with provided instructio ns and a minimum 20 cm spacing must be provided between com puter mounted antenn a and person’s body (excluding extremities of hands, wrist and feet) during wireless modes o f operation.

Federal Communication Commission (FCC) Radiation Exposure Statement
IMPORTANT NOTE: This module is intended for OEM integrator. The OEM integrator is still responsible for the FCC compliance requirement of the end product, which integrates this module. 20cm minimum distance has to be able to be maintained between the antenna and the users for the host this module is integrated into. Under such configuration, the FCC radiation exposure limits set forth for an population/uncontrolled environment can be satisfied. Any changes or modifications not expressly approved by the manufacturer could void the user's authority to operate this equipment. USERS MANUAL OF THE END PRODUCT: In the users manual of the end product, the end user has to be informed to keep at least 20cm separation with the antenna while this end product is installed and operated. The end user has to be informed that the FCC radio-frequency exposure guidelines for an uncontrolled environment can be satisfied. The end user has to also be informed that any changes or modifications not expressly approved by the manufacturer could void the user's authority to operate this equipment. If the size of the end product is smaller than 8x10cm, then additional FCC part 15.19 statement is required to be available in the users manual: This device complies with Part 15 of FCC rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. LABEL OF THE END PRODUCT: The final end product must be labeled in a visible area with the following " Contains TX FCC ID: NDD9578580803 ". R&TTE Compliance Statement
This equipment complies with all the requirements of DIRECTIVE 1999/5/EC OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND THE COUNCIL of March 9, 1999 on radi o equipment and tele communicatio n terminal Equipment and the mutual recognition of thei r conformity (R&TTE).
The R&TTE Directive repeals and replac es in the directi ve 98/13/EEC (Tele communicati ons Terminal Equipment and Satellite Earth Station Equipment) As of April 8, 2000.
Safety
This equipment is designed with the ut most care for the safety of those who install and use it. However, special attention must be paid to the dangers of ele ctric shock and static electricity when working with electrical equipment. All guideline s of this and of the compute r manufacture mu st therefore be allowed at all times to ensure the safe use of the equipment.

The ETSI version of this device is intended for home and office u se in Austria, B elgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxem bourg, the Nethe rlands, Portuga l, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.
The ETSI version of this device is also authorized for use in EFTA mem ber states: Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Switzerland.
