[FAQ] How to resolve a failure to set up AI-1001W with a different
EdiGreen account

The instructions below will guide you on how to resolve a failure to set up AI-1001W with a different EdiGreen account.
Conditions
An AirBox is only allowed to link to one account at a time. It is necessary to unbind with the device using the original account used to bind with the device in the first place before you are going to add the device with another account. If you wish to add the AirBox device with another account, not doing the process of deleting the device from the app first but only resetting the device will cause a failure to set up the device as the pictures shown below.

Steps to fix this issue
Please follow the steps as the pictures and instructions shown below:
Step1. Log in the app with the original account used to bind with the AI-1001W device in the first place.
Step2. Go to the Favorite list page.
Step3. Tap the AI-1001W device you wish to delete.
Step4. The app will pop up a window to confirm with you to delete the AI-1001W device. Then, tap Yes.
Step5. Log in the EdiGreen app with a new account and now you can set up the AI-1001W device
normally. The app will show Setup successful message as shown below if the entire setup process is complete. To learn how to set up your AI-1001W device, please check out the AI-1001W product manual.
