Installation Instructions for

Pre-Bent Monorail 2 Circuit

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

- This product is ETL listed for indoor dry locations.

- Monorail 2 Circuit is bendable horizontally to a radius as
small as 6".

- The product is intended to be used with Edge Lighting
Monorail 2 Circuit systems only.

SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS!

Connect the Pre-Bent Monorail 2 Circuit Sections with the
Conductive Connectors

STRAIGHT
CONDUCTIVE
CONNECTORS

1: Push the Monorail 2 Circuit conductive connector pins
completely into one pre-bent Monorail 2 Circuit section.

Make sure this Monorail 2 Circuit section is secured
with the standoffs (Refer to the instructions provided
with the standoffs).

ONE PRE-BENT MONORAIL
2 CIRCUIT SECTION

1: Push the straight isolating connectors completely into one
pre-bent Monorail 2 Circuit section end. Make sure this
pre-bent Monorail 2 Circuit section is secured with
the standoffs (Refer to the instructions provided with
the standoffs).

2: Push the other pre-bent Monorail 2 Circuit section

completely onto the Monorail 2 Circuit straight conductive
connector pins and simultaneously connect the pre-bent
Monorail 2 Circuit to the standoffs.

2: Push the other pre-bent Monorail 2 Circuit section entirely

onto the isolating connectors and simultaneously connect the
pre-bent Monorail 2 Circuit to the standoffs.

#6-32 SET SCREW

3: Tighten the #6-32 set screw on each of the isolating
connectors firmly with the 1/16 Allen wrench. Do not over

tighten the set screws as this may strip the threads.

1: For the Single Power Feed Connection- Use one set of
isolating connectors and the appropriate sets of conductive
connectors provided to connect the pre-bent Monorail
sections together as a circle.
