Please study these instructions carefully before installing your new standard bottle valve and 10-lb. bottle

Description: The standard bottle valve with 10-lb. bottle siphon tube kit consists of a replacement bottle valve for use

on any brand 10-lb. nitrous bottle and .500” high flow siphon tube.

ONLY USE wide temperature range (-40°F to 400°F), fuel and oxidizer

WARNING!!!

resistant synthetic grease on the bottle valve O-Ring. Non-compatible
greases may cause the O-ring to swell resulting in improper seal and
premature wear. Edelbrock recommends the use of Aerospace
Lubricants, Inc., Tribolube-16 which meets the qualification requirements
of Mil-G-27617D Types 2 & 3.

ASSEMBLY

Lubricate the bottle
valve o-ring with the
recommended
lubricant.

Apply a small amount of
red Loctite to siphon
tube threads and install
on valve.
