CAT-BACK EXHAUST SYSTEM (SPLIT DUAL REAR EXIT)
For 2007 Toyota Tundra 5.7L V8 Double Cab
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Suggested Tools for Installation:
3/8" ratchet and metric socketsJack and jackstands Liquid penetrant and rubber lubricant
DISASSEMBLY
1. Raise and support vehicle.
2. Use spray penetrating oil on all hardware and rubber isolators. Remove the V-clamp behind the muffler and remove the overaxle / tailpipe assembly.
3. Unbolt the two flanges on the inlet pipes and remove the muffler section of the exhaust. NOTE: Re-use of the original gaskets and bolts on new system is required.
ASSEMBLY
1. Using the original gaskets and bolts install supplied left #25-3287 and right #25-3288 inlet pipes and place hanger in to the rubber isolators.
2. Slip muffler on to the inlet pipes using two 2 ½” band clamps. NOTE: Inlet end of muffler is marked. Snug the clamps at this time.
3. Install hanger clamp #23-4103 into the rubber isolator located at the rear of muffler. Now install both extension pipes #25-3290 using two 2 ½” band clamps. NOTE: Only snug the clamps so system can be adjusted at the end of installation.
4. Install the over-axle assembly #25-3291 using two 2 ½” band clamps.
5. Locating the pre-drilled hole on the frame, next to the spare tire and the rear of the leaf spring on the driver side. Install the frame hanger assembly #23­4105 using the supplied hardware from the kit. Snug the bolt for now and place the provided rubber isolator on the hanger at this time (Refer to picture).
6. Install the left tailpipe #25-3293 using a 2 ½” band clamp.
7. Using band clamp #23-1922 and the left side hanger assembly #23-4104 install on tailpipe using the supplied hardware placing the hanger in the isolator.
8. Install the right tailpipe #25-3294 using a 2 ½” band clamp.
9. Using band clamp #23-1922 and the right side hanger assembly #23-4106 install on tailpipe using the supplied hardware placing the hanger in the factory isolator.
10. Install both tailpipe tips #25-5582 using 2 ½” band clamps.
11. Working from the front of the system to the rear. Adjust, align, and tighten all the clamps and frame mounted hangers. Give adequate clearance for fuel lines, brake lines, electrical wiring, and the spare tire.
WARNING!!!
Exhaust gas contains carbon monoxide, a deadly invisible gas.
Correct any leaks before driving!

result in poor performance and engine or vehicle damage.

WARNING: Support your vehicle with proper jackstands or ramps rated for the total vehicle weight. Place stands so that the rear axle is allowed to hang free for easy system removal.
WARNING: These cat-back systems are engineered to fit stock catalytic converters or equivalent replacements. If your original system has been modified, Edelbrock will not warranty fit or performance.
