INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

DISASSEMBLY
1. Raise rear of vehicle on flat stable surface and
support using jackstands.
2. Use penetrating oil on OE clamp that hold
muffler to overaxle pipe. Loosen clamp, remove
the stock muffler isolator brackets from frame
and remove the stock muffler from vehicle.
WARNING!!!
Exhaust gas contains carbon monoxide, a deadly invisible gas. Correct any leaks before driving.
Suggested tools needed for installation:
❑ 13mm & 15mm deep sockets and ratchet
❑ Floor jack & jackstands
❑ Penetrating oil
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Proper installation is the responsibility of the installer. Improper installation will void warranty and may
result in poor performance and engine or vehicle damage.
ASSEMBLY
1. Install muffler assembly number #25-3233 on
vehicle using supplied band clamps and the
stock muffler isolators and brackets removed in
step 2 of disassembly.
2. Install tailpipe tip on outlet of muffler using
supplied band clamp.
NOTE: The I-pipe /overaxle pipes can be
adjusted to obtain better clearance, if needed.
