TRAFFIC LINE REMOVERS ARE GREAT FOR ERASING LINES AND ROAD MARKINGS
WITHOUT EXCESSIVE SURFACE DAMAGE!
EDCO’s TLR-7 can be pushed or pulled by one person to remove unwanted traffic markings. The
TLR has a 7” grinding width, that can be moved side to side for a 24” working width creating
feathered edge surface patterns that blend into road surfaces.
•
Removes thermoplastic, paint & epoxy traffic markings
•
Added side-mounted weights supply extra removal pressure
•
Swivel caster wheels allow side to side motion for feathered edges
•
Tilt-Top Chassis for safe and easy cutter changes
•
Quick-release parking brake
•
Separate pressure control lets you adjust grinding pressure to suit changing road conditions
PRODUCTION RATE: 7” Working Width will grind approximately 700-1,000 Lineal
ft. per hour with EDCO TLR-7 Carbide Cutters
INCLUDES: 3–24 Bit Carbide Cutter Assemblies
IDEAL FOR: Removing traffic lines and markings • Removing painted and thermoplastic lines
EDCO’s LONG LASTING TLR-7 CARBIDE PIN CUTTERS WILL
LAST UP TO 60,000 LINEAL FEET OF MARKINGS. THE
BULLET-SHAPED CARBIDE BITS DO MINIMAL
DAMAGE TO THE ROAD SURFACE.

for the engine model and measured in accordance with SAE j1349 at 3600 rpm. Mass production engines may vary from this value. Actual power output for the engine installed in the final machine will vary depending on numerous factors, including
the opening speed of the engine in application, environmental conditions, maintenance, and other variables.
