Installation Instructions
1. Do not plug in the units or turn on the power until the installation
process is complete.
2. Position the Fusion Boil & Chill tap at the rear of the sink in a workable
location relative to the mixer. Cut a 38mm hole to facilitate mounting of the tap. Secure the tap by tightening the bracket securing nuts supplied.
3. Position the Boil unit underneath the sink in a position that does not
require extensions to be made in the installation hoses that are permanently affixed to the bottom of the Fusion Boil & Chill Dispenser Tap. The Boil unit hoses may be cut to fit, but never extended.
4. Position the Chiller unit underneath the sink so that the chiller air-intake
is as close as possible to the front of the cupboard. The cupboard floor which extends past the toe-board must have a slot cut into it to provide the necessary ventilation (pref at least 20mm wide by 3/4 the width of the cupboard door). The white inlet and outlet hoses from the Boil & Chill
Dispenser Tap can be extended in length if necessary.
5. Secure the 10” Filter with the bracket and screws provided to the
cupboard wall in a handy position relative to the mains inlet line as shown, taking careful note of which ports are Outlet and Inlet
6. The filter cartridge comes with quick fit John Guest connections, push
the correct inlet/outlet tubes ends into the fittings and pull back carefully to secure.

7. Connect the hoses on the Fusion Tap to the units as follows:
The three hoses taped together are all inlet hoses, one white, one blue and one black, ensure these are connected first. a. 1/4” Blue hose: connect to Outlet port of Water Filter. Using extra blue hose
provided, connect the Inlet Port of the Water Filter to the outlet port of the PLV via the brass adaptor supplied. b. 1/4” Black hose connect to the 1/4” brass connector on the top of the Boil Unit marked “Inlet”. c. 1/4” White hose: connect to the 1/4” quick fit connector on top of the Chiller
Unit marked “Inlet”.
Then connect the following hoses:
d. 5/16” Copper Pipe: connect to the 5/16” brass connector on top of the Boil Unit marked “Outlet”. e. 1/4” Orange silicon hose: push-fit over the end of the extended copper pipe marked “Vent” on Boil Unit. f. 1/4” White hose: connect to the 1/4” quick fit connector on top of the Chiller
Unit marked “Outlet”.
Cut or extend all chiller hoses as necessary. Never install with sharp bends, use a John Guest elbow if necessary.
8. Connect the mains water supply to the inlet port of the PLV using the
15mm Hex nipple and Crox nut supplied.
9. Connect the drain clamp supplied and fix to the waste S bend above the
water level using the rubber seal between the clamp and the waste pipe. Push on the Opaque silicon tube.
