Welcome to the EBS-1 VERSION TWO bass guitar pre amplifier!
Congratulations on your choice of the EBS-1V2 bass guitar amp! The EBS-1V2 is a complete bass processing system for studio or st age use. It is so flexible that filter characteristics, grades of compression, crossover frequencies, effects loops in stereo and many other features are all available for individual selection and adjustment. These brief tutorials will help you get acquainted with some of the features of the EBS-1V2.
G
ETTING STARTED
1. Carefully take your EBS-1V2 out of the box and remove the plastic wrapping. Look at it and smile.
2. Check that all the controls are fully counterclockwise. Locate the FILTER switch and set it to BYPASS position. Now the EBS-1V2’s settings are “zeroed” and ready to be personalized.
3. Plug in your bass.
4. While plucking the string as hard as you would during your hardest playing, gradually increase the GAIN knob until the PEAK LED starts to flash when you pluck hardest. The VU meter should now read 0 dB.
5. Move over to the OUTPUT knob and adjust for desired output volume.
What you are hearing now is the “straight” sound of your bass. With your EBS-1V2 in BYPASS mode, the guitar bypasses the “Tone Zone” and goes to the output unaltered.
Välkommen till basförstärkaren EBS-1 VERSION TWO!
A
TT KOMMA IGÅNG
1. Packa försiktigt upp din EBS-1V2 ur kartongen och avlägsna skyddsplasten. Se och njut!
3. Koppla in din bas.
I BYPASS-läget går hela signalen förbi hela filtersektionen utan någon påverkan alls.
