1.Carefully unpack and identify all parts.
2.Place the base on the table
3.Screw pole(A) onto the threaded nipple of base(B).
4.Do not use a wattage bulb higher than 60 watts,as noted on socket(60W A type bulb or use
13W CFL type bulb).
5.Connect plug to outlet,turn on lamp and enjoy.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
This portable lamp has a polarized plug(one blade is wider than the other)
as a feature to reduce the risk of electric shock.This plug will fit in a
polarized outlet only one way.If the plug does not fit fully into the
outlet,reverse the plug.If it still does not fit,contact a qualified
electrician.Never use with an extension cord unless plug can be fully
inserted. Do not alter the plug.
