ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION FOR
Floor Lamp
1. Screw tube (B), (C) and (D) together, then screw
tube (B) onto base (F) until tight. You may need to
pull any excess cord gently through the poles so
that these two parts fit.
2. Install shade (E) onto tube (D) and tighten it with
socket ring (F).

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
This portable lamp has a polarized plug as a feature to
reduce the risk of electric shock (one blade is larger than
the other). This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one
way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the
plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician.Do
not use with an extension cord unless the plug can be fully
inserted. DO NOT ALTER THE PLUG .

1. Una con tornillos el tubo (b), (c) y (d), después
tubo del tornillo (b) a base (f) hasta que firmemente.
Usted puede necesitar tirar de cualquier exceso de
cordón suavemente a través de los polos de modo
que estas dos piezas quepan.
2. Instale la sombra (e) sobre el tubo (d) y apriétela
con el anillo del zócalo (f).

INSTRUCCIONES IMPORTANTES DE

polarizado (una paleta es más ancha que la otra), función
