Unpack this lamp and place the parts on a flat surface.
1.Connect the Tubes(1.2.3.4.5)together.
2. Insert the tube into base,fasten the Washer(6) and Nut(7) by using the Wrench.
3. Insert the Bulb(8) into the socket.

reduce the risk of electric shock. This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way.
If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact
