Power reserve

An important feature of every automatic winding watch is its power reserve.
Before putting your watch on, you should wind it up manually (20 turns of the
crown) in order to create an initial power reserve for its operation.

To retain its power reserve, the watch must be wor n continuously and actively for
at least 8 hours per day. Should you be unable to wear your watch for the
minimum amount of time each day or should it be left idle for 24 hours at a stretch,
repeat the steps outlined above.

Our technical centers will be glad to answer any questions you may have in this
regard.

Manual winding

If your watch comes with a screwed-in
crown, unscrew it before doing anything
else.

Crown in position A.

If the watch has not been worn for
several days, wind it up manually with 20
careful clockwise turns of the crown.

Once you have done so, the watch will
wind itself up automatically with your
wrist movements.

Do not forget to screw back the crown.

Setting the time

If your watch comes with a screwed-in

Watch without calendar

Pull the crown out to position B.
Turn the hands clockwise until the right

time is reached then, in synchronization
with a time signal or against a reference
clock, push the crown back to position A.

Watch with calendar

Pull the crown out to position C.
Turn the hands clockwise until the date

changes (midnight). Continue to turn
the hands until the right time is reached
then, in synchronization with a time signal
or against a reference clock, push the
crown back to position A.

Do not forget to screw back the crown.

Réserve de marche

La réserve de marche est une caractéristique importante propre à chaque
montre mécanique à remontage automatique. Avant de porter votre montre,
vous devez la remonter manuellement de 20 tours de couronne afin de créer une
réserve de marche minimum pour son fonctionnement.

Afin de maintenir cette réserve de marche, elle doit être portée continuellement
et activement, au moins 8 heures par jour. Si cette durée minimale de port journa­lier n’est pas respectée ou si elle n’a pas été portée durant 24 heures, répéter
l’opération ci-dessus.

Nos centres techniques se feront un plaisir de répondre à vos éventuelles
questions à ce sujet.

Remontage manuel

Si votre montre est munie d’une
couronne vissée, la dévisser avant toute
manipulation.

Couronne en position A.

Si la montre n’a pas été portée pendant
plusieurs jours, remontez-la manuelle­ment en exécutant délicatement 20
tours de couronne dans le sens de
rotation des aiguilles.

Après cette opération, la montre va se
remonter à votre poignet automatique­ment sous l’effet de vos mouvements.

Ne pas oublier de revisser la couronne.

Si votre montre est munie d’une
couronne vissée, la dévisser avant toute
manipulation.

Montre sans calendrier

Tirez la couronne en position B.
Tournez les aiguilles dans le sens de

rotation horaire jusqu’à l’heure désirée
puis, en synchronisation avec un signal
horaire ou une horloge mère, repoussez
la couronne en position A.

Montre avec calendrier

Tirez la couronne en position C.
Tournez les aiguilles dans le sens de

rotation horaire jusqu’à ce que la date
change (minuit). Continuez la rotation
des aiguilles jusqu’à l’heure désirée
puis, en synchronisation avec un signal
horaire ou une horloge mère,
repoussez la couronne en position A.

Ne pas oublier de revisser la couronne.

Gangreserve

Eine besondere Eigenschaft jeder mechanischen Uhr mit automatischem Aufzug
ist ihre Gangreserve. Bevor Sie Ihre Uhr tragen, müssen Sie sie einmal von Hand mit
20 Kronenumdrehungen aufziehen, um eine Mindestgangreserve für den Betrieb
zu schaffen.

Um die Gangreserve zu erhalten, muß die Uhr ständig während mindestens
8 Stunden am Tag getragen und bewegt werden. Wird die Uhr nicht mindestens
8 Stunden am T ag getragen oder wur de sie in den letzten 24 Stunden nicht
getragen, so ist wie oben beschrieben vorzugehen.

Handaufzug

Falls Ihre Uhr mit einer verschraubten
Krone ausgestattet ist, muß diese vor
jeder Betätigung aufgeschraubt werden.

Krone in Position A.

Wenn Sie die Uhr mehrere Tage lang
nicht getragen haben, ziehen Sie sie
vorsichtig mit 20 Umdrehungen der
Krone im Uhrzeigersinn auf.

Nach diesem Vorgang zieht sich die Uhr
an Ihrem Handgelenk automatisch
durch dessen Bewegungen auf.

Gehen Sie weiter zur Zeiteinstellung

Anschließend die Krone wieder
verschrauben.

Einstellung der Uhrzeit

Falls Ihre Uhr mit einer verschraubten
Krone ausgestattet ist, muß diese vor
jeder Betätigung aufgeschraubt werden.

Uhren ohne Kalenderfunktion

Ziehen Sie die Krone in Position B.
Drehen Sie die Zeiger im Uhrzeigersinn bis

zur richtigen Uhrzeit, und drücken Sie
dann die Krone synchron zu einem
Zeitzeichen oder einer Referenzuhr in
Position A zurück.

Uhren mit Kalenderfunktion

Ziehen Sie die Krone in Position C.
Drehen Sie die Zeiger im Uhrzeigersinn bis

zum Datumswechsel (Mitternacht).
Drehen Sie die Zeiger weiter bis zur
richtigen Uhrzeit, und drücken Sie die
Krone synchron zu einem Zeitzeichen oder
einer Referenzuhr in Position A zurück.

Anschließend die Krone wieder
verschrauben.

Reserva de marcha

Una característica fundamental de todo reloj automático es la reserva de
marcha. Antes de utilizar el reloj, darle cuer da manualmente, girando la corona
unas 20 veces a fin de crear una reserva de marcha mínima para su funciona­miento.

Para que mantenga su propia reserva de mar cha, el reloj debe llevarse puesto
de manera continua y activa durante un mínimo de 8 horas al día. En el caso de
que no se pueda llevar el reloj durante este tiempo mínimo diario, o si el reloj no
se ha llevado durante 24 horas, repetir el procedimiento anterior mente mencio­nado.

Cuerda manual

Si el reloj está equipado con una corona
atornillada, desatornillarla antes de
realizar cualquier manipulación.

Corona en posición A.

En el caso de no llevar el reloj durante
varios días, dar cuerda manualmente al
reloj girando con delicadeza unas 20
veces la corona en el sentido horario.

Después de haber efectuado el paso
anterior, el reloj se ar mará automáti­camente con el movimiento de la
muñeca.

Tener cuidado de volver a atornillar la
corona.

Si el reloj está equipado con una corona
atornillada, desatornillarla antes de

Poner la corona en posición B.
Girar las agujas en el sentido horario

hasta la hora deseada y, luego en
sincronización con una señal horaria o
con un reloj de precisión fiable, volver a
poner la corona en posición A.

Reloj con calendario

Poner la corona en posición C.
Girar las agujas en sentido horario hasta

que la fecha cambie (medianoche).
Seguir girando las agujas hasta la hora
deseada y, luego, en sincronización con
una señal horaria o con un reloj de
precisión fiable, volver a poner la
corona en posición A.

Tener cuidado de volver a atornillar la

Riserva di carica

Una caratteristica importante tipica di ogni orologio meccanico a ricarica
automatica è la sua riserva di carica. Prima di portare l’orologio, dovete caricarlo
manualmente facendo ruotare la corona per circa 20 giri: otterrete così una
riserva di carica minima per il suo funzionamento.

Per conservare la riserva di carica, l’orologio deve essere portato continuamente
ed attivamente per almeno 8 ore al gior no. Se non potete portare l’orologio per
questo tempo minimo gior naliero o se non lo avete portato per 24 ore, l’opera­zione sopraindicata deve essere ripetuta.

Ricarica manuale

Se il vostro orologio dispone di una
corona a vite, svitatela prima di effet­tuare qualsiasi manipolazione.

Corona in posizione A.

Se l’orologio non è stato portato per vari
giorni, è necessario ricaricarlo manual­mente facendo ruotare delicatamente
la corona per circa 20 giri in senso orario.

Dopo aver effettuato questa operazione,
l’orologio si ricaricherà automatica­mente con i movimenti del polso.

Non dimenticate di riavvitare la corona.

Запас хода часов

Для любых механических часов с автоматическим заводом очень важной характеристикой
является запас хода. Перед тем, как надеть часы, заведите их вручную, осторожно вращая
заводную коронку

Если Вы хотите, чтобы часы сами поддерживали достаточный запас хода, носите их как
минимум по

часов в день непрерывно. Если у Вас не получается носить часы в таком

Как завести часы вручную

Если Ваши часы снабжены ввинчивающейся
заводной коронкой, перед выполнением
любых действий её необходимо
отворачивать.

Заводная коронка в положении A.

Если Вы не носили часы несколько дней,
заведите их вручную, осторожно вращая
заводную коронку

В дальнейшем механизму автоподзавода
часов будет достаточно энергии, получаемой
от движения Вашей руки.
