The BG-150 is a two-way
system designed for use for bass
guitar amplification in the
studio and on stage. the
combination of extended high
frequency response and low
distortion make, this system
ideal for the player looking for
a clean crisp sound.

Through careful analysis of
the requirements of bass guitar
reproduction we have designed a
system to meet the demands for
accurate high level
amplification. The system uses a
380mm (15") bass driver for
response from 40 Hz to 400 Hz
where the internal crossover
sends the signal to a 170mm

(0.5")

mid-driver for response
extending to above 10,000 Hz.
Both drivers are professional
cast frame type with low
distortion and high power handling. The crossover is a low-loss high power
design but can be by-passed for bi-amped applications via rear panel
switches.

Construction

This system is built to the same quality standards that are used in all EAW large
concert systems. This includes the use of cross grain laminated birch hardwood. The
BG-150 also comes road ready with perforated steel grill, recessed handles and corner
protection. The two component, catalized polyurethane finish is scuff, moisture and
solvent resistant; a considerable
improvement over the laquers normally
utilized for this purpose.
