Power Supply (J1)
The device requests a DC power supply and connects to J1 DC : 8 – 30 V Power depending on output loading. Fuse: F1, 1A
J1 Description
1 V+ 2 GND
RESET
The device reset and set default output state at power-up. The state of outputs does not change even the system software or hardware reset (Watchdog timer – WDT) may occur. There is no any reset button on the device, Watchdog timer (WDT) has been installed in the device.
Communication Interface (J2, JP2, JP3, JP4)
The device includes inbuilt isolated RS485 communication interface. The connector is J2. The communication baud rate can be software configured.
J2 Description

Input Connection (J3)
The device has 5 dry contact inputs, each has two statuses, one is open, another is short to COMMON, all inputs have same features and can be configured by software, please refers to Input Properties Settings. Connectors: J3. Please refer to Connectors Note: All Commons are connected to Ground of the device.
Output Connection (J4, J5, J6, J7, J8, J9, J10, J11)
The device features 64 output drivers that can be used to drive relays, LEDs , and the single output maximum drive load current ratings is 350mA. But the full load current ratings of all outputs can’t greater than 2A. The output voltage V.OUT can be adjusted between 3 and 25V by VR1 (Input voltage need to be about 3 volts or more than the output at full load.) Connectors: J4, J5. J6, J7, J8, J9, J10, J11. Please refer to Connectors The pictures below show how the output connected.
