2. Inst allation
Plea se make sure th e wall i s strong en ough to bea r the dome
came ra’s weigh t. Please ma ke sure the cam era is powe red off
duri ng instal lation.
3. Conn ections
② Loosen the four screws of the back cover
of the dome.
① Pull out the rubber plugs and then
loosen the screws under the rubber
plugs to remove the side covers .
③ Open the back cover and insert SD card.
③ Drill the screw hole s on the wall accord ing
to th e drill t empla te. Then i nsert t he plas tic
plu gs into t he hole s.
⑤ Connect the cable s and then hang the
bracke t on the wall .
⑥ Fix the bracket to the wall with four
screws .
④ Drive the two screws to the holes indicated
by th e arrow s (left ) and lea ve 12mm
clearance.
④ Install the back and side cov ers. The reset
hole in the back cover mus t be aimed to the
reset key of the mainb oard when installi ng
the back cover.

① Pull the cables through the bracket. Mount the
speed dome to the bracket.
② Secure the speed dome to the bracket with
the screws.

③ Modify the IP address. The default IP address of this camer a
is 192.16 8.226.2 01. Click the infor mation of the camer a listed
in the above tabl e to show the network information on the right
han d. Modi fy the IP addre ss and gate way of the ca mera a nd
mak e sure it s netwo rk addr ess is in t he same l ocal ne two rk
seg ment as t he comp uter ’s. Please m odif y the IP addres s of
you r devic e accor ding to t he prac tic al sit uat ion.
For ex ample , the IP address of your comput er is 192. 168.1 .4.
So the IP address of the camera shall be changed to 192.168.1.X.
After modification, please input the password of the administrator
and cl ick “Modify” bu tton t o modi fy the sett ing.
The d efault pa sswo rd of the a dmini strat or is “12 3456” .
④ Double-click the IP address and then the system will pop up the IE
bro wser to c onnec t IP-CA M . IE brow ser wil l auto do wnloa d
the Ac tiv e X control. After downloading, a login window will pop
up as shown below:

The default usern ame is admin; the defau lt password is 1234 56.
The d efaul t netwo rk sett ings ar e as show n below :

You may use the above default set tings when you log in the camer a
for th e firs t tim e.
① Set the IP address of the PC and the ne twork segmen t shoul d be as
the same as the def ault setting s of IP-CA M. Open the networ k and
sha re cent er. Clic k “Lo cal Are a Connect ion” t o pop up th e follo wing
win dow. Sel ect “Prop erties” a nd the n sel ect In ter net pr otocol
acc ordin g to the ac tual si tua tion ( for e xamp le: IPv4) . Next, cli ck
“Pr opert ies” bu tton to s et the ne twork o f the PC.
② Open th e IE Brows er and inp ut the def ault add ress of IP -CAM
and c onfir m. The IE b rowser wi ll dow nload Ac tiv e X cont rol
aut omati cally.
③ Afte r tha t, the l ogin dial og box will p op up.
④ Input the defaul t username and password and then enter to view.
