1. Benutzerinformationen

Achtung

Lesen Sie diese Anleitung unbedingt vor der Montage und Inbetriebnahme!
Beachten und befolgen Sie alle Anweisungen sowie Warnungen. Falsche
Montage und/oder Anwendung kann zu schwerwiegenden Verletzungen und
erheblichen Sachschäden führen.

Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch

Der Antrieb ist ausschließlich zum Öffnen und Schließen von Schwing- und Sektionaltoren im
Wohnbereich vorgesehen. Für den Einsatz im gewerblichen Bereich ist der Antrieb nicht
zugelassen.

1.1 Wichtige Sicherheitsanweisungen

Achtung! Für die Sicherheit von Personen sind alle Anweisungen zu befolgen, da ansonsten
Lebensgefahr bestehen kann. Diese Anleitung mit diesen Anweisungen ist aufzubewahren.

Die Torsteuerungen sind kein Kinderspielzeug. Die Funksteuerungen sind von Kindern
fern zu halten.
Während das Tor sich bewegt, ist es zu beobachten und Personen sind davon fern zu
halten, bis das Tor vollständig geöffnet oder geschlossen ist.
Vorsicht beim Betätigen der Notentriegelung. Wenn die Federn des Tores schwach oder
gebrochen sind oder wenn das Tor nicht im Gleichgewicht ist kann es zu unkontrollierten
Bewegungen des Tores kommen.
Die gesamte Anlage ist regelmäßig in kurzen Zeitabständen auf Anzeichen von
Verschleiß, Beschädigung oder auf mangelhafte Balance zu überprüfen. Das betrifft
insbesondere Kabel, Federn und Befestigungsteile. Die Toranlage darf nicht in Betrieb
genommen werden, wenn Reparatur- und Einstellarbeiten erforderlich sind. Ein nicht
korrekt ausbalanciertes Tor oder Fehler in der gesamten Anlage können Verletzungen
Verursachen.
Führen Sie keine Veränderungs- oder/und Reparaturarbeiten am Tor durch und
insbesondere nicht an den Federn sowie deren Halterungen/Aufhängungen. Die Federn
stehen unter hoher Spannung und können schwerwiegende Verletzungen verursachen.
Überlassen Sie diese Arbeiten zur eigenen Sicherheit einer qualifizierten Fachkraft.
Es muss monatlich überprüft werden, ob die Hinderniserkennung korrekt auslöst. Wenn
das Tor beim Absenken ein 40 mm hohes und auf dem Boden liegendes Hindernis
berührt, muss der Antrieb das Tor in die Gegenrichtung bewegen. Falls erforderlich, sind
entsprechende Korrekturen an den Einstellungen vor zu nehmen, um Gefährdungen zu
vermeiden.

1.2 Wichtige Anweisungen für die sichere Montage

Achtung! Es sind alle Montagehinweise zu befolgen. Eine fehlerhafte Montage kann zu

schwerwiegenden Verletzungen führen.
Hinweis! Lassen Sie aus Sicherheitsgründen, vor der Installation des Antriebs, die gesamte
Toranlage von einer autorisierten Fachkraft für Garagentore auf Fehlerfreiheit überprüfen
und falls erforderlich von dieser Fachkraft warten und ggf. reparieren.

Die weiteren Anweisungen sind ebenso unbedingt zu befolgen:
Vor der Installation ist sicherzustellen, dass die Garagendecke für eine sichere
Befestigung des Antriebs sowie der Transportschiene geeignet ist. Andernfalls muss
eine geeignete Hilfskonstruktion geschaffen werden.
Vor der Installation des Antriebs sind alle Einrichtungen, die nach der Installation des
Antriebs nicht benötigt werden, außer Betrieb zu setzen.

Vor der Installation des Antriebs ist zu überprüfen, dass das Tor sich in einem
mechanisch einwandfreien Zustand sowie im Gleichgewicht befindet und einwandfrei
öffnet und schließt.
Es ist darauf zu achten, dass das auslösende Teil für die Notentriegelung nicht an
Dachträgersystemen oder sonstigen Aufbauten des Fahrzeuges hängen bleiben kann
und dadurch die Notentriegelung unkontrolliert ausgelöst wird.
Nach der Installation ist sicherzustellen, dass der Antrieb korrekt justiert ist und das Tor
sich in die Gegenrichtung bewegt, sobald das Tor einen auf dem Boden stehenden
Gegenstand von 40 mm Höhe berührt.
Nach der Installation ist sicherzustellen, dass Teile des Tores nicht in öffentliche
Fußwege oder Straßen hineinragen.
Die einschlägigen Vorschriften für die Installation und den Betrieb von elektrischen
Geräten sind zu befolgen.

Achtung! Der Torantrieb kann von Kindern ab 8 Jahren sowie Personen mit eingeschränkten
physischen, sensorischen oder mentalen Fähigkeiten oder Mangel an Erfahrung und Wissen
bedient werden, wenn sie beaufsichtigt oder in das sichere Bedienen des Torantriebes
unterwiesen wurden und dadurch mögliche Gefahren verstehen und erkennen.

1.3 Wichtige Sicherheitsbestimmungen und Vorschriften

Ortsfest installierte Steuerelemente (z.B. auch Handsender in einer Wandhalterung) sind
in Sichtweite des Tores anzubringen, aber entfernt von sich bewegenden Teilen und in
einer Höhe von mindestens 1,5 m wie auch außer Reichweite von Kindern.
Das auslösende Bauteil für die Notentriegelung ist in einer Höhe von weniger als 1,8 m
anzubringen. Ist das auslösende Bauteil ab-/herausnehmbar, muss es in unmittelbarer
Nähe vom Tor aufbewahrt werden.
Das Hinweisschild für die Notentriegelung ist in unmittelbarer Nähe des auslösenden
Bauteils dauerhaft zu befestigen.
Die erforderliche Schutzkontaktsteckdose für den Anschluss des Torantriebes muss ca.
0,5 m neben dem Antrieb angebracht sein.
Wenn die Netzanschlussleitung des Torantriebes beschädigt ist darf der Antrieb nicht
benutzt werden. In diesem Fall muss die Netzanschlussleitung durch eine qualifizierte
wie auch autorisierte Fachkraft ersetzt werden.
Es sind Warnschilder gegen Einklemmen an auffälliger Stelle oder in unmittelbarer Nähe
der fest installierten Steuereinrichtung dauerhaft anzubringen.

3.1 Geeignete Garagen-Tortypen

Dieser Garagentorantrieb ist für Schwing- und Sektionaltore im Wohnbereich vorgesehen.

Sektionaltor: Maximale Höhe 2,13 m

4 Werkzeuge und Hilfsmittel für die Montage

Die dargestellten Werkzeuge werden für die Installation des Garagentorantriebs benötigt.
(Nicht im Lieferumfang):

Hinweis: Für bestimmte Montageschritte ist eine zweite Person als Hilfe erforderlich.

5 Vormontage / Zusammenbau

5.1 Bauen Sie die Schienenteile zusammen, montieren den Schlitten und den Hebel für
die Notentriegelung.

VORSICHT: Verletzungsgefahr durch Einklemmen. Halten Sie Finger möglichst von den

Fügestellen der Schienenteile fern.

5.2 Montieren Sie den Torarm (gerade oder gebogen)

5.3 Positionieren und befestigen Sie die Kette mit dem Antriebskettentrad (29)

Die Bohrungen zur Befestigung befinden sich auf der Motorseite der Schiene.

5.4 Spannen der Kette

Die Spannvorrichtung für die Kette befindet sich auf der Torseite der Schiene

Hinweis: Vor späteren Wartungsarbeiten an der Kette, ist immer mit der Notentriegelung
der Schlitten zu lösen.
Prüfen Sie später regelmäßig die Kette auf korrekte Spannung und korrigieren Sie diese ggf.

5.5 Schiene am Antrieb befestigen

Achtung: Verwenden Sie hierzu ausschließlich die Befestigungsteile und –elemente aus

dem Lieferumfang.
Es besteht ansonsten die Gefahr, dass der Antrieb beschädigt wird und nicht sicher betrieben
werden kann.
Achtung: Der Antrieb darf während der Montagearbeiten nicht mit der Netzversorgung
angeschlossen sein. Vor Beginn der Arbeiten ist unbedingt der Netzstecker aus der
Steckdose zu ziehen.

Der Zusammenbau von Schiene und Antrieb ist jetzt abgeschlossen.

6. Montage

Wichtige Hinweise zur Montage

Befolgen Sie die Sicherheitsanweisungen unter „1. Benutzerinformationen“ auf Seite 3 f!

Noten t riege lung, Kette und s onsti g e M ontag e teile sorgf ältig monti ert we rden.
Gravierende Montagefehler können kaum oder überhaupt nicht behoben werden. Der
siche re B e trie b d er g e samt e n An lage (G arage ntor un d An t rieb) i st g g f. nic h t
gewährleistet. Die Benutzung des Antriebes ist dann nicht zulässig, da ansonsten
erhebliche Personen- und/oder Sachschäden möglich sind.

Deaktivieren bzw. entfernen Sie vor der Montage alle Verriegelungen und Sperren.
Tragen Sie keine lose Kleidung oder Schmuck, welche sich in dem Antrieb oder
sonstigen Teilen der Anlage verfangen können.

Montagearbeiten abgeschlossen sind und sich keine Personen mehr im Bereich von
beweglichen Teilen befinden.
Bringen Sie das Label für die Notentriegelung im sichtbaren Bereich in der Nähe des
Tores oder Antriebes an.

6.2 Kopfwandlager für Führungsschiene montieren

Befestigen Sie die Kopfhalterung an der Wand über dem Garagentor (Kopfwand/Sturz) oder
falls erforderlich, oberhalb des Tores an der Decke. Ist eine Montage direkt auf der Wand
oder der Decke nicht möglich, so muss eine Hilfskonstruktion zur Befestigung erstellt
werden.
Bei Befestigung in Mauerwerk oder Beton müssen geeignete Dübel verwendet werden –
Dübel sind im Lieferumfang nicht enthalten.

6. Montage (Fortsetzung)

6.3 Befestigen Sie die Schiene an dem Kopfwandlager

Schiebe Sie die Schiene mit dem Gabelkopfende in die Kopfhalterung. Fixieren Sie die
Schiene mit dem Bolzen (17) an der Kopfhalterung und sichern den Bolzen mit dem

Federsplint (18).

6.4 Antrieb mit Schiene verbinden

Achtung: Um Schäden an Garagentor, Schiene und Antrieb zu vermeiden, nehmen Sie bitte

eine 2. Person zur Hilfe.

Schritt 1: Befestigen Sie die "U" Bügel (5) auf der Schiene und verbinden das kurze
Winkelstahlprofil (32) mit den Schrauben (19) an dem Bügel.

Schritt 2: Positionieren Sie die Schiene horizontal und messen Sie den Abstand zwischen
Motor und Decke. Halten Sie Antrieb mit der Schiene in der Waage. Messen Sie den Abstand
von beiden Seiten des Winkelprofils bis zur Decke. Schneiden Sie die zwei langen
Winkelstahlprofile (12) entsprechend und verbinden diese mit dem kurzen Winkelprofil an
der Schiene sowie dem zweiten kurzen Winkelprofil. Zum Verbinden der Teile benutzen Sie
bitte die Schraube (19).

Schritt 3: Jetzt mit Hilfe einer 2. Person Antrieb und Schiene an die Decke montieren –
Dübel und Schrauben im Lieferumfang nicht enthalten.

Zur direkten Montage an die Decke ohne die Winkelstahlprofile verwenden Sie Die Bügel (5)
und (13).

Warnung: Tragen Sie dafür Sorge, dass der Antrieb mit der Schiene mit geeigneten
Verbindungsmitteln an der Decke dauerhaft befestigt ist. Es muss gewährleistet sein, dass
die Befestigungsstellen den Antrieb mit der Schiene dauerhaft tragen und auftretende Kräfte
durch das Eigengewicht sowie resultierende Kräfte aus dem Bewegungsablauf keinen
Einfluss darauf haben.

6.5 Torlager für Zug-/Schubstange montieren

Achtung: Vergewissern Sie sich, dass Tormaterial für die Befestigung geeignet ist. Bitte

kontaktieren Sie dazu den Torhersteller und beschaffen sich über diesen ggf. Elemente zur
Verstärkung.

A Sektionaltore

Schritt 1: Nutzen sie hierzu die bereits markierte vertikale Mittellinie für die Montage des

Kopfwandlagers – siehe unter 6.2. Übertragen Sie die Markierungen auf das Tor.

Schritt 2: Positionieren Sie den oberen Rand des Torlagers 5-10 cm unterhalb der Oberkante
des Tores.

Schritt 3: Markieren Sie die Stellen für die Bohrlöcher, bohren die Löcher und montieren das
Torlager mit der Schraube (23).

Montieren Sie das Torlager auch hier mittig zum Kopfwandlager und am obersten Rand des
Tores.

6.6 Verbinden der Zug-/Schubstange mit Torlager und Transportschlitten

Kann je nach Typ des Tores variieren. Folgen Sie den zutreffenden Anweisungen.

A Sektionaltore

Schritt 1: Schließen Sie das Tor. Trennen Sie den Transportschlitten durch Auslösen der

Notentriegelung.

Schritt 2: Befestigen Sie die gebogene Zug-/Schubstange an dem Torlager sowie dem
Transportschlitten mit den Sicherungsbolzen und sichern diese mit dem Sicherungsclip.

Hinweis: Je nach baulicher Gegebenheit kann es erforderlich sein, dass die gerade Zug­/Schubstange als Verlängerung an die gebogene Zug-/Schubstange montiert werden muss –
siehe folgende Abb. und verwenden Sie die Schrauben (19).

Schritt 3: Bringen Sie den Griff für die Notentriegelung in die horizontale Position. Der
Transportschlitte rastet selbstständig ein, sobald der Antrieb aktiviert wird – siehe auch unter
„Bedienung Transportschlitten mit Notentriegelung“.

B Schwingtore

Schritt 1: Schließen Sie das Tor. Lösen Sie den Transportschlitten durch betätigen der

Notentriegelung.

Schritt 2: Befestigen Sie die gerade Zug-/Schubstange am Torlager für die Stange mit dem
Sicherungsbolzen und sichern diesen mit dem Sicherungsclip.

Schritt 3: Befestigen Sie die gebogene Zug-/Schubstange an dem Transportschlitten mit dem mit
dem Sicherungsbolzen und sichern diesen mit dem Sicherungsclip.

Schritt 4: Verbinden Sie die beiden Stangen miteinander.

Schritt 5: Bringen Sie den Griff für die Notentriegelung in die horizontale Position. Der

Transportschlitte rastet selbstständig ein, sobald der Antrieb aktiviert wird – siehe auch unter

Befestiger

Wichtig: Prüfen Sie manuell, ob das Tor sich leichtgängig bewegen sowie sich vollständig öffnen und
schließen lässt. Ist das nicht der Fall, müssen alle Montageschritte auf eventuelle Fehler überprüft
werden.

Achtung: Montagefehler sind unbedingt zu beseitigen bzw. zu korrigieren. Andernfalls darf der
Antrieb nicht in Betrieb genommen werden. Bei fehlerhafter Montage der Anlage besteht bei
Inbetriebnahme die Gefahr von schwerwiegenden Verletzungen und auch Sachschäden.

6.7 Installation der Lichtschranke (optionales Zubehör)

Achtung: Da hier im Bewegungsbereich des Tores gearbeitet wird, ist vor

Beginn der Arbeiten der Antrieb von der Spannungsversorgung zu trennen. Ein
unbeabsichtigtes Einschalten des Antriebs muss unbedingt ausgeschlossen
werden.

Achtung: Montieren Sie das Sende- und das Empfängerteil der Lichtschranke
so, dass keine Beeinflussungen durch direkte Sonneneinstrahlung und
bewegliche Teile des Tores stattfinden können.

Hinweis: Der ausgesendete Lichtstrahl des Senderteils der Lichschranke ist
nicht sichtbar.

· Sender- und Empfängerteil der Lichtschranke sind in einer Höhe von
maximal 15 cm vom

entfernt zu montieren.

· Verwenden sie für die Montage die mitgelieferten Halter .

· Sender- und Empfängerteil müssen gegenüberliegend exakt fluchtend
aufeinander ausgerichtet

werden.

· Die Lichtschranke muss innerhalb der Garage im unmittelbaren
Öffnungsbereich des Tores

montiert werden.

· Das Senderteil hat als Betriebskontrollleuchte eine rote LED und das
Empfängerteil eine grüne

LED.

· Verlegen Sie die Anschlussleitungen der Lichtschranke in einem sicheren
Verlauf (außerhalb

dem Wirkungsbereich beweglicher Teile) bis zum Antrieb und befestigen sie

mit geeigneten

Kabelklemmen an der Wand/Decke.

· Verbinden Sie die Anschlussleitungen farbgerecht (rote und weiße Ader) mit
den entsprechenden

Klemmen auf der Rückseite des Antriebs – siehe Abbildungen.

Wenn ein Hindernis den Lichtstrahl bricht, während sich die Tür schließt, wird
der Antrieb das Tor stoppen und wieder öffnen.
Wird der Lichtstrahl bei offenem Tor unterbrochen, lässt sich das Tor nicht
schließen.

6.8 Den Antrieb anschließen und in Betrieb nehmen

Achtung: Die Sicherheitsanweisungen und –vorschriften am Anfang dieser Anleitung sind unbedingt

zu befolgen. Vor der Inbetriebnahme ist unbedingt zu überprüfen, ob diese Anweisungen und
Vorschriften umgesetzt wurden. Andernfalls ist die Inbetriebnahme nicht zulässig.
Haben Sie sich vergewissert, dass alle Anweisungen und Vorschriften umgesetzt sind und die
gesamte Anlage fehlerfrei montiert und installiert ist, kann der Antrieb an die Netzversorgung
angeschlossen werden.

7. Einstellungen

7.1: Einleitung

Achtung: Werden die Sicherheitseinrichtungen nicht ordnungsgemäß eingestellt, besteht die Gefahr

von schwerwiegenden bis lebensgefährlichen Verletzungen, insbesondere für kleine Kinder.

· Fehlerhafte Einstellung der Endlagen kann die ordnungsgemäße Funktion der Hinderniserkennung

stören.

· Fehlerhaft eingestellte Endlagen können Personen verletzen und Fahrzeuge beschädigen.

· Müssen Anpassungen bei den Endlagen vorgenommen werden, ist die Funktion der

Hinderniserkennung zu überprüfen.

· Die Notentriegelung darf grundsätzlich nur bei geschlossenem Tor ausgelöst werden. Bei offenem

Tor ist das nur in äußersten Notsituationen zulässig.

· Wird bei offenem Tor die Notentriegelung gelöst, besteht bei verschlissenen, zu schwachen oder

defekten Federn die Gefahr, dass das Tor selbstständig zufällt und dadurch erhebliche
Verletzungen und/oder Sachschäden verursachen kann.

· Sorgen Sie dafür, dass das Tor korrekt ausbalanciert ist. Ziehen Sie ggf. das Tor-Handbuch zu

Rate.

· Lassen Sie im Zweifel das Tor und die Federn von einem autorisierten Kundendienst für

ACHTUNG: Um Schäden an Fahrzeugen zu verhindern, muss die Endlage für das offene Tor bei
vollständig geöffnetem Tor eingestellt werden. Der Garagentorantrieb ist mit elektronischen
Steuerungen so ausgestattet, dass Anpassungen leicht und einfach vorgenommen werden können.
Der Antrieb stoppt beim Öffnen, wenn das Tor blockiert wird. Wenn das Tor beim Schließen auf ein
Hindernis trifft, bewegt der Antrieb das Tor in die Gegenrichtung (Hinderniserkennung).

7.4 Eistellen der Endlage für „Geschlossen“

Schritt 1: LED 4 blinkt, drücken Sie jetzt die Taste "-", um das Tor zu schließen. Wenn das Garagentor

vollständig geschlossen ist, lassen Sie die Taste "-" los. Wenn das Tor zu weit geschlossen ist,
drücken Sie kurz die Taste "+", um das Tor leicht nach oben zu bewegen. Mit den Tasten "-" "+" können
Sie die Lage weiter korrigieren.

Schritt 2: Drücken Sie die Taste "P", um zu speichern. Jetzt wird der Antrieb das Tor in einem
Testlauf 1 x öffnen und wieder schließen. Anschließend leuchtet LED 3.

Die Endlage für „Geschlossen“ ist jetzt gespeichert.

Hinweis: Das Einstellen der Endlagen kann bei Bedarf jederzeit wiederholt werden.

7.5 Einstellung der Kraft für das Öffnen und Schließen.

Hinweis: Die Kraftbegrenzung ist werkseitig eingestellt (Öffnen Stufe 4, Schließen Stufe 3) und

erfordert selten Anpassungen. Mit den folgenden Schritten kann die Kraftbegrenzung angepasst
werden. Die höchste Stufe ist für beide Richtungen 8.

7.5.1 Eistellen der Kraft für das Öffnen

Erforderrnissen anzupassen. Sie können die Kraft von Stufe 1 bis 8 wählen und die jeweilige
Stufe wird der blinkenden LED angezeigt. Wenn Sie die passende Stufe gewählt haben,
drücken Sie kurz "P", um zu speichern - LED 8 blinkt jetzt. Drücken Sie nochmals „P“, um den
Einstellmodus zu verlassen. Anschließend leuchtet LED 3.

8. Funktion zum automatischen Schließen des Tores (nach ca. 5 Minuten) deaktivieren

Hinweis: vor Beginn der Arbeiten ist diese Anleitung vollständig zu lesen und die
Sicherheitshinweise der Anleitung des Antriebes sind zu beachten! Halten Sie die Anleitung
des Antriebes unbedingt und unmittelbar griffbereit.

Überprüfen Sie nach Abschluss der Arbeiten unbedingt sämtliche Einstellungen des Antriebs,
welche das Öffnen und Schließen des Tores betreffen und korrigieren ggf. diese Einstellungen
gemäß der Sicherheitshinweise aus der Anleitung des Antriebs!

9. Programmierung

Hinweis: Bevor Sie mit dem Programmieren beginnen, stellen Sie sicher, dass sich keine

Gegenstände im Öffnungsbereich des Tores befinden.

9.1 Programmierung der Fernbedienungen (teilweise optionales Zubehör)

Hinweis: Funksender im Lieferumfang sind generell werksseitig vorprogrammiert. Die

folgenden Anweisungen gelten für die Fernsteuerungen, welche nicht im Lieferumfang sind
und zusätzlich erworben werden können sowie zur Um- oder Neuprogrammierung der
Sender aus dem Lieferumfang.

Schritt 1: Drücken und halten Sie die Taste "P" bis LED 7 blinkt.

Schritt 2: Drücken Sie die Taste "+", alle LED‘s sind aus, außer LED 7 leuchtet.

Schritt 3: Drücken Sie nun innerhalb der nächsten 5 Sekunden 2 x die entsprechende
Funktionstaste des Senders und LED 7 blinkt. Drücken Sie nun kurz zum speichern die Taste
P und nun leuchtet LED 3.

Der Vorgang kann beliebig oft wiederholt werden. Auf Sender mit mehreren Kanälen, kann
auf jeden Kanal ggf. ein weiterer Garagentorantrieb aus dieser Produktserie programmiert
werden.

Grundprogrammierung ist abgeschlossen und Ihr Garagentorantrieb ist einsatzbereit.

9.2 Batteriewechsel bei den Funksendern (alle Modelle)

Achtung: Verwenden Sie ausschließlich die gleichen Batterietypen mit den gleichen Daten.

Schritt 1: Lösen Sie Schrauben auf der Rückseite des Senders und entfernen Sie die

Abdeckung.

Schritt 2: Batterie ersetzen - auf polgerechten Einbau (+/-) achten.
Schritt 3: Deckel aufsetzen und Schrauben festziehen.

9.3 Programmierung Keypad-Funksender für Wandmontage (optionales Zubehör)

9.3.1 Anleitung

• Dies ist ein 2-Kanal-Sender, der nur durch eine individuelle Zahlenkombination (PIN)
aktiviert wird.

• Die Geräte sind zum Einbau im Innen- und Außenbereich geeignet.

• Hohe Sicherheit durch „rollenden Funk-Code“ - ändert sich bei jedem Einwählen

• Die Sendereichweite beträgt im Freien ca. 200 m und 35 m im Innenbereich.

9.3.2 Montageort

Der Montageort sollte die kleinstmögliche Entfernung zum Antrieb (Empfänger) haben. Mit
abnehmender Batteriekapazität verringert sich auch die Sendereichweite. Metallgitter und­regale sowie Stahlbetonwände und -decken können das Funksignal zwischen Sender und
Empfänger empfindlich stören. Schließen Sie solche Störquellen bei der Montage aus. Dank
der Geräteschutzart IP 54 können kann der Keypadsender, falls erforderlich, im Freien
installiert werden.

9.3.3 Anwendung Tastenfeld

Die Tastatur ist die Basis für die Anwendung. Sobald der Benutzer-PIN eigegeben ist, mit
Taste ◄ oder ► bestätigt wird, ist der Aktivierungsbefehl übertragen.

- Empfänger Kanal 1, wenn der Benutzer die Taste ◄drückt

- Empfänger Kanal 2, wenn der Benutzer drückt ►.

Der Befehl wird nur bei gültiger PIN übertragen. Bei falscher PIN-Eingabe ertönt ein
Warnsignal, wenn die Bestätigungstaste gedrückt wird. Die angegebene Kombination muß
exakt sein, wenn zum Beispiel, die richtige Kombination 0422 ist, werden die folgenden
Kombinationen als Fehler gemeldet: 422, 10422, 04222.
Anschließend kann der Empfänger mit der korrekten PIN dann aktiviert werden.

Bei der PIN-Eingabe dürfen zwischen der Eingabe der einzelnen Ziffern nicht mehr als 6
Sekunden verstreichen. Ansonsten muss die Eingabe erneut erfolgen.
Die Geräte sind ab Werk mit je einer Standard-Kombination für die Kanäle programmiert.

Die werkseitig eingestellten Kombinationen sind wie folgt:

1. Kombination, um den Code mit der ◄ Taste bei der ersten Anwendung zu übertragen = 11.

2. Kombination, um den Code mit der ► Taste bei der ersten Anwendung zu übertragen = 22.

10. Löschen von Funkcodes der Sender zum Empfänger (Antrieb)

Achtung: Dass Durchführen dieser Funktion löscht sämtliche Funksenderinformation des

Empfängers. Das bedeutet, dass der Antrieb mit keinem der Funksender, welche auf den
Empfänger programmiert waren, mehr bedient werden kann. Diese Funksender müssen
gemäß 8.1 auf den Empfänger neu programmiert werden.

Schritt 1: Taste "P" drücken und halten, bis alle LED‘s leuchten und LED 7 blinkt.

Schritt 2: Drücken Sie die Taste "-", bis LED 7 erlischt und erneut blinkt, zeigt das

erfolgreiche Löschen der Fernbedienung an.

Schritt 3: Drücken Sie die Taste "P", um zu speichern.

Prüfen Sie den Löschvorgang mit einem bis dahin benutzten Sender. Ist das Bedienen des
Antriebs mit diesem Sender nicht mehr möglich, so war der Löschvorgang erfolgreich.

11. Transportschlitten - Notentriegelung

Achtung

Zur Vermeidung von schweren Verletzungen bei Personen und Sachschäden ist folgendes zu
beachten:

• Die Notentriegelung ist grundsätzlich nur bei geschlossenem Tor auszulösen. Schwache
oder gebrochene Federn oder sonstige ungünstigen Umstände, können dazu beitragen,
dass das Tor unerwartet wie ebenso unkontrolliert zufällt.

• Lösen Sie niemals die Notentriegelung aus, wenn sich im Bewegungsbereich des Tores
Personen aufhalten.

• Benutzen Sie den Griff der Entriegelung niemals zum Auf- und Zuziehen des Tores.

· Wir gewähren ab Verkaufsdatum 5 Jahre Garantie auf einwandfreie Funktion.

 Die gewährte Garantie beschränkt sich auf den Antrieb und die beweglichen Teile wie

Kette, Antriebskettenrad und Transportschlitten.

· Die Garantieleistung umfasst den wertgleichen und kostenlosen Ersatz oder ggf. die Reparatur des
defekten Garagentorantriebes.

· Die Garantieabwicklung erfolgt generell über den Verkäufer (Rechnungssteller).

· Die Garantieleistung ist für Defekte und Schäden jeglicher Art ausgeschlossen, welche durch
Nichtbeachtung dieser Anleitung und der Sicherheitshinweise, dem fehlerhaften Einbau und
Anschluss, dem nicht bestimmungsgemäßen Gebrauch sowie falscher Bedienung und
unsachgemäßem Transport entstehen. Abnutzung und Verschleiß sowie Schäden dadurch, sind
ebenso von den Garantieleistungen ausgeschlossen.

· Die Kosten für den Ein- und Ausbau nachweislich defekter Motoren sind vom Erfüllungsanspruch
gemäß § 439 Abs. 1 BGB nicht umfasst. Abweichendes gilt nur für den Verbrauchsgüterkauf
gemäß § 474 BGB. Die Nacherfüllungsvariante „Lieferung einer mängelfreien Sache“, neben dem
Ausbau und dem Abtransport der mangelhaften Kaufsache und dem Einbau der als Ersatz

1.User information

Caution

Please read these instructions carefully before assembly and commissioning!
Observe and follow all instructions and warnings. Incorrect installation and/or
use can cause serious injury or substantial property damage.

Proper use

The drive is designed exclusively for opening and closing of swinging and sectional doors in
the living area. The drive is not approved for industrial use.

1.1Important safety instructions

Caution! For the safety of people, all instructions must be followed, otherwise life maybe
endangered. This manual must be kept with these instructions.

The door controls are not toys. The radio controls are to be kept away from children.
Watch the door when it is moving and keep persons away from it until the door is fully
opened or closed.
Be careful when actuating the emergency release. When the springs of the door are weak
or broken or if the door is not balanced, it can lead to uncontrolled movements of the door.
Check the entire system regularly at short intervals for signs of wear, damage or
defective balance. This concerns in particular cables, springs and fastenings. Do not use
the door system if repair and adjustments are required. An incorrectly balanced door or
faults in the entire system can cause injury.
Do not perform any of changes and/or repairs to the door, and especially not on the
springs and their retainers or hangers. The springs are under high tension and can cause
serious injury. For your own safety leave this work to a qualified expert.
A monthly check must be made as to whether the obstacle detection triggers correctly. If
the door detects a 40 mm high obstacle on the floor the drive must move the door in the
opposite direction. If necessary, make appropriate adjustments to the settings in order to
avoid any risks.

1.2Important instructions for safe installation

Caution!

All installation instructions must be followed. Incorrect installation may cause serious injury.

Important information!

For reasons of safety, before installing the drive, let the entire door system be checked by an
authorise expert for garage doors for any defects and if necessary have this expert do
maintenance on the door and perform any repairs where needed.

Further instructions must also be followed:
Prior to installation, make sure that the garage ceiling is safe for the installation of the
actuator, as well as being suitable for the transport rail. Otherwise, a suitable auxiliary
structure must be created.
Before the installation of the drive put out of operation all devices that are not required
after the installation.

Before installing the drive make sure that the door is in good mechanical condition, as
well as being balanced and make sure it properly opens and closes.
Make sure that the trigger part for the emergency release cannot get caught on the roof
carrier systems or other structures of vehicles thus triggering the emergency release
uncontrollably.
After the installation, make sure that the drive is properly adjusted and the door moves in
the opposite direction, if the door touches an object which has a height of 40 mm above
the floor.
After the installation, make sure that parts of the door do not protrude in public footpaths
or roads.
The relevant regulations for the installation and operation of electrical equipment are to
be followed.

Caution!

The door drive can be operated by children older than eight years of age as well as persons
with restricted physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if
they have been supervised or instructed in the safe operation of the door and thus
understand and recognise possible risks.

1.3Important safety regulations and rules

Firmly installed control elements (including a wall mounted hand-held transmitter) are to
be installed within sight of the door but away from moving parts and at a height of at least

1.5 m and out of the reach of children.
The triggering device for the emergency release must be affixed at a height of less than

1.8 m. If the triggering device is loose or removable, it must be kept in the immediate
vicinity of the door.
The indicator plate for the emergency release is to be permanently affixed in the
immediate vicinity of the triggering component.
The required socket for the connection of the door drive must be attached approx. 0.5 m
next to the drive.
If the mains cable to the door drive is damaged the drive should not be used. In this case,
the mains cable must be replaced by a qualified and authorised expert.
Warning signs indicating the danger of getting caught are to be permanently placed in an
inconspicuous area or in the immediate vicinity of the control equipment.

3.1Appropriate types of garage doors

This garage door operator is designed for swing and sectional doors in living areas. Sectional

door: Maximum height 2.13 m

Swinging door: Maximum height 2.23 m

3.2Functions

Opens and closes the door with gentle starts and stops, electronic
adjustment of the endpoints for precise door control and easy programming
with the control panel
Automatic direction change of movement when striking an obstacle, handle for
emergency release
Integrated illumination for visibility in the dark - switches on automatically, if drive is
activated, and off automatically after approx. 4 min.

4 Tools and aids for installation

5 Pre-assembly / Assembly

5.1Assembly of rail parts, installing the carriage and the emergency release lever.

CAUTION:

Risk of injury from getting caught. Keep fingers as far as possible from the joining points of
the rail sections.

Prior to subsequent maintenance work on the chain, always activate the emergency release

Regularly check the chain for correct tension later and correct if necessary

5.5Attaching the drive rails

Warning:

Use only the installation parts and elements supplied.
There is also the danger however, that the drive may be damaged and not safe to operate.

Warning:

During the installation work the drive should not be connected to the mains supply. Before
starting work, the mains plug should be pulled-out from the wall socket.

The assembly of the rail and drive is now complete.

6.Assembly

Important notes for installation

Follow the safety instructions starting on page 3 of "1. User information".

Make sure that the garage door drive, the rails, the emergency release, chain and other
installation components are carefully installed. Serious installation errors are difficult to
repair if at all. The safe operation of the entire system (garage door and operator) may
not be guaranteed. The use of the drive is not allowed, because otherwise substantial
injury and/or property damage may occur.

Disable or remove all interlocks and lock before installation. Do not wear any loose
clothing or jewellery, which may catch in the drive or other parts of the system.

Never connect the drive to the power supply, before all installation work is completed and
there are no people in the area of moving parts.

Attach the label for the emergency release in the visible area near the door or actuator.

6.2Bearing wall mount for guide rail

Attach headgear on the wall above the garage door (head wall/fall) or if necessary, above the
door on the ceiling. If it is not possible to install directly to the wall or on the ceiling then an
auxiliary construction for the installation needs to be built.
When attaching into masonry or concrete use appropriate dowels - dowels are not included in
the delivery.

6. Installation (continued)

6.3Attach the rail to the head wall bearing

Slide the rail with the clevis end into the headgear. Secure the rail with the bolt (17) to the
head mount and secure the bolt with the

spring clip (18).

6.4Connecting drive to the rail

Warning: To avoid damage to the garage door, rail and drive, have a second person assist.

Step 1: Fasten the "U" bracket (5) onto the rail and connect the short angular steel profile

(32) with the screws (19) to the bracket.

Step 2: Position the rail horizontally and measure the distance between motor and ceiling.
Balance the drive with the rail. Measure the distance from both sides of the angular profile up
to the ceiling. Cut the two long angular steel profiles (12) accordingly and connect them with
the short angular profile to the rail, as well as to the second short angular profile. To connect
the parts use the screw (19).

Step 3: Now with the help of a second person attach the rail and the drive to the ceiling ­dowels and screws are not supplied.

For direct installation to the ceiling without the angular steel profiles, use the brackets (5) and
(13).

Warning: Ensure that the drive and rail are permanently attached to the ceiling with suitable
means of connection. Make sure the attachment points can permanently hold the drive along
with the rail and any forces occurring due to the weight and from any movements do not have
any affect.

6.5Door bearing pull / push rod assembly

Warning: Make sure that the door material is suitable for attachment. Please contact the

manufacturer of the door and if necessary obtain strengthening elements.

A Sectional doors

Step 1: Use the already marked vertical centreline for the installation of the head wall

bearing - see section 6.2. Transfer the marks to the door.

Step 2: Position the top edge of the door bearing 5-10 cm below the top edge of the door.

Step 3: Mark the locations for the holes, drill the holes and install the door bearing with screw

(23).

6.6Connecting the pull / push rod with the door bearing and carriage

May vary depending on the type of door. Follow the applicable instructions.

A Sectional doors

Step 1: Close the door. Disconnect the transport carriage by triggering the emergency

release.

Step 2: Attach the curved pull / push rod to the door bearings and the transport carriage with
the locking bolt and secure it with the safety clip.

Note: Depending on the structural condition, the straight pull / push rod may need to be
installed as an extension to the curved pull / push rod - see following figure and use the
screws (19).

Step 3: Attach the handle for the emergency release in the horizontal position. The carriage
engages independently as soon as the drive is activated - see also under "Operating
Transport Carriage with Emergency Release".

B Swing doors

Step 1: Close the door. Release the transport carriage by actuating the emergency release.

Step 2: Attach the straight pull / push rod to the door bearings for the rod with the locking bolt

and secure it with the safety clip.

Step 3: Attach the curved pull / push rod to the transport carriage with the locking bolt and
secure it with the safety clip.

Step 4: Connect the two rods together.

Step 5: Attach the handle for the emergency release in the horizontal position. The carriage

engages independently as soon as the drive is activated - see also below

Important: Check manually that the door can be moved easily and completely opened and
closed. If this is not the case, all installation steps must be checked for any errors.

Warning: Installation errors must be eliminated or corrected. Otherwise, the drive should not
be put into operation. If the system is incorrectly installed there is a danger of serious
personal injury and damage to property if taken into operation.

6.7Installing of the light barrier (optional)

Warning: As work here is in the movement area of the door, the drive

should be separated from the power supply before commencing any work.
Unintentional switching on of the drive must be absolutely excluded.

Warning: Install the transmitter and the receiver of the light barrier so
that no interference can take place through direct sunlight and moving
parts of the door.

Note: The emitted light beam of the transmitter portion of the light barrier
is not visible.

· The transmitter and receiver parts of the light barrier are to be installed
at a maximum of 15 cm from the floor.

· Use the supplied mounts for installation.

· Transmitter and receiver parts must be precisely oppositely aligned with
each other.

· The light barrier must be installed inside the garage in the immediate
operating area of the door.

· The transmitter part has a red LED operating indicator light and the
receiver part a green LED.

· Route the connection cables of the light barrier in a safe location
(outside area of moving parts) to the drive and fasten them with
appropriate cable clamps to the wall or ceiling.

· Connect the wires according to the colour (red and white wires) to
the corresponding clamps on the rear of the drive - see illustrations.

If an obstruction breaks the light beam while the door is closing, the drive will stop and the door
will open again.

If the light beam is interrupted when the door is open, the door will not close.

6.8Connect the drive and put it into operation

Warning: The safety instructions and regulations at the beginning of this manual must be

foll owed. Before c ommissi oning make sure these instr uctions a nd regulat ions were
implemented. Otherwise commissioning is not allowed.
Once you have made sure that all the instructions and regulations are implemented and the
entire system is assembled and installed without error, the drive can be connected to the
mains supply.

7.Settings

7.1:Introduction
Warning: If the safety devices are not correctly set, there is a risk of serious or fatal injuries,

particularly for young children.

· Incorrect setting of the end positions can interfere with the proper operation of the obstacle
detection.

· Incorrectly set limit positions can injure people and damage vehicles.

· If adjustments to the end positions must be made, the obstacle detection function is to
be checked.

· The emergency release may be triggered only when the door is closed. With the door
open this may be done only in extreme circumstances.

· If the emergence release is activated when the door is open, and the springs are too
weak or defective there is a danger when closing, that the door closes on its own
and causes considerable injuries and/or property damage.

· Make sure that the door is balanced correctly. Consult the door manual if necessary.

· If in doubt, have the door and the springs checked by an authorised service for
garage doors for defects and replace faulty or defective parts if necessary.

CAUTION: To prevent damage to vehicles, the end position for the open door in a totally open
position must be set. The garage door controller is equipped with electronic controls that

adjustments can be made easily and simply. The drive stops when opening if the door is
blocked. If the door hits an obstacle while closing, the drive moves the door in the opposite
direction (obstacle detection).

7.2 Control Panel - icons

7.3 Adjusting the end position for "Open”

Step 1: If the drive is connected to the mains supply, LED3 lights up.

Step 2: Press the button "P" and then release, LED2 flashes

Step 3: Press and hold the "+" button while the door is opening. When the garage door is fully

open, release the button "+". If the door is opened too far, briefly press the "-" button to move

the door downwards slightly. With the buttons "-" "+" you can correct the situation further.

Step 4: Press the P button to save. LED 4 flashes. See further 7.4.

The end position for "Open" is now stored.

7.4Setting the end position "Closed"

Step 1: LED 4 flashes, now press the button "-", to close the door. When the garage door is

fully closed, release the button "-". If the door is closed too far, briefly press the "+" button to

move the door upwards slightly. With the buttons "-" "+" you can correct the situation further.

Step 2: Press the P button to save. Now the drive will open the door with a test run 1 x

open and close. Then LED 3 will light up.

The end position for "Closed" is now stored.

Note: Adjusting the end positions can be repeated whenever necessary.

7.5Adjustment of the force for opening and closing.

Note: The force limiter is set at the factory (Open step 4, Close step 3) and rarely requires

adjustments. Use the following steps to adjust the force limiter. The highest level is 8 for both

directions.

7.5.1Setting the force for opening

Step 1: Press the button "P". LED2 now flashing.

Step 2: Press the button "P" again, LED4 now flashing.

Step 3: Press the button "P" once again, LED6 now flashing.

Step 4: Press the buttons "+" or "-", to adjust force to suit the circumstances. You can select

the power from level 1 to 8 and the respective level flashes in the LED display. If you have

chosen the right level, press "P" to save. LED1 now blinking.

The force for opening is now set.

7.5.2Setting the force for closing

Step 1: LED 1 flashes. Press the buttons "+" or "-", to adjust force to suit the circumstances.

You can select the power from level 1 to 8 and the respective level flashes in the LED display.

If you have chosen the right level, press "P" to save - LED 8 now flashes. Press "P" again to

exit the setting mode. Then LED 3 will light up.

The force for closing is now set.

7.6Test obstacle detection

Warning: Without properly adjusted settings, a closing door can cause severe injuries to

people (especially small children) and property damage therefore

· after adjustment of the obstacle detection check for flawless functioning.

· the obstacle detection must be checked monthly

The obstacle detection must respond when closing if there is contact with a 5 cm high object

lying on the floor.

Step 1: Open the door completely. Insert a solid 5 cm high object under the door on the floor.

Step 2: Close the door using the remote control. The obstacle detection must trigger as soon

as the door touches the object.

If the obstacle detection does not respond, the "Close" end position must be adjusted (see

section 7.4). Then, repeat the test.

If the obstacle detection reacts, remove the test object, then open and close the door four

times to test the settings.

If the drive does not meet this test requirement with the door, please contact a qualified

customer service for garage doors.

7.7Test light barrier

Warning: If a light barrier is to be installed, it is to be checked for proper operation as follows:

Open the door completely and position a box at least 30 cm high within the effective area of

the light barrier under the door. It must not be possible to close the door.

Note: Illuminated LEDs on the transmitter and receiver indicate the operational readiness of

the light barrier - see also 6.7. If the transmitter and receiver are not aligned, the light barrier

is not operational and the LED's are off. A light barrier not ready for operation disables the

drive!

8. Deactivate the automatic closing function of the door drive (about 5 minutes)

Note: before starting work these instructions must be read completely and the safety

instructions of the manual of the drive must be follow! Keep the instruction of the door drive

necessarily and directly at hand.

Note: Changes to the settings are only possible from the control panel to the drive (see the

figure below).

1) Press button "P" - all LEDs light up, LED 2 flashes

2) Press button "P" - all LEDs light up, LED 4 flashes

3) Press button "P" - all LEDs light up, LED 6 flashes

4) Press button "P" - all LEDs light up, LED 1 flashes

5) Press button "P" - all LEDs light up, LED 8 flashes

6) Press button "-" (minus) - all LEDs are off, except LED 8

7) Press button "P" to save - all LEDs are off, except LED 3 light up

Now the automatic closing function is deactivated.

Attention!

After completion of work, all the drive settings must be checked. The settings for opening and closing

the door to be corrected if necessary. The corrections of the settings are adjust according to the

safety instructions in the manual of the door drive!

9. Programming

Note: Before you start programming, make sure that there are no objects in the movement

area of the door.

9.1 Programming the remote controls (some optional accessories)

Note: The radio transmitters provided are generally factory pre-programmed. The following

instructions apply for the remote controls, which are not included with delivery and are

purchased additionally as well as to reprogram the transmitter included with delivery.

Step 1: Press and hold the button "P" until LED 7 flashes.

Step 2: Press the button "+", all LED's are off, except LED 7.

Step 3: Within the next 5 seconds, press the appropriate function button on the transmitter 2

x and LED 7 flashes. Press briefly to the store button P and LED 3 now lights up.

The operation can be repeated any number of times. With transmitters of this series that have

more than one channel, another garage door can be opened on each channel if required.

9.2 Changing the battery of the radio transmitters (all models)

Warning: Use only the same battery types with the same data.

Step 1: Loosen screws at the rear of the transmitter and remove the cover.

Step 2: Replace battery, ensure correct polarity (+/-).

Step 3: Attach the cover and tighten the screws.

9.3 Programming keypad transmitter for wall installation (optional accessories)

9.3.1 Instruction

• This is a 2-channel transmitter, which is activated only by an individual number (PIN).

• The devices are suitable for installation in indoor and outdoor areas.

• High reliability thanks to "rolling radio code" changes with each dial-in

9.3.2 Installation location

The installation location should have the smallest possible distance to the drive (receiver).
With reduced battery capacity the transmitter distance is also reduced. Metal mesh and metal
shelving can interfere with the radio signal between transmitter and receiver as well as
reinforced concrete walls and ceilings. Exclude such sources of interference during
installation. Thanks to the device protection class IP 54 the keypad transmitter can be
installed, if necessary, in the open air.

9.3.3 Application keypad

The keyboard is the basis for the application. Once the user's PIN is entered, pressing ◄ or

► confirms, the activation command is transmitted.

-Receiver channel 1 if the user presses the ◄ button

-Receiver channel 2 if the user presses the ► button.

The command is transmitted only when there is a valid PIN. When the PIN entry is incorrect, a

warning signal sounds when the confirm button is pressed. The specified combination must

be accurate, if for example, the right combination is 0422, the following combinations are

reported as errors: 422, 10422, 04222.

Subsequently the receiver with the correct PIN can be activated.

When entering the PIN, no more than 6 seconds may elapse between entering the individual

digits. Otherwise, the input must be repeated.

The devices are programmed ex-factory each with a standard combination per channel.

The factory set combinations are as follows:

1.Combination, to transfer the Code with the first press of the button ◄ = 11.

2.Combination, to transfer the Code with the first press of the button ► = 22.

9.3.4 Programming the drive on the keypad transmitter

step 1: Press and hold the "P" button until LED 7 flashes.

Step 2: Press the button "+", all LEDs are off, except LED 7.

Step 3: Enter "11" and briefly press the ◄ button, all LEDs light up and LED 7 flashes. The

keypad transmitter is now programmed. Press "P" button briefly to save.

The programming of the keypad transmitter to the use of the drive is not complete.

9.3.5 Changing the PIN code

A) Channel 1 – sample:

1. Press and hold "0" key

2. press button arrow left "◄" and release together with "0".

3. Enter default PIN "11" (factory setting) and press arrow left "◄"

4. Enter new PIN, for example "147" and press arrow left "◄"

(PIN can be include up to 8 digits)

5. Enter the new PIN again and press the arrow left "◄"

Changing the PIN is now completed.

B) Channel 2 - sample:

1. Press and hold "0" key

2. press button arrow right "►" and release together with "0".

3. Enter default PIN "22" (factory setting) and press arrow right "►"

4. Enter new PIN, for example "369" and press arrow right "►"

(PIN can be include up to 8 digits)

5. Enter the new PIN again and press the arrow right "►"

Changing the PIN is now completed.

Note:

•If the two combinations which you have entered are identical, you can press either

◄ or ►after the entry.

•If you do not enter any digit sequence when changing the PIN the security

system is ineffective. Then pressing ◄ or ► is sufficient to activate.

9.3.6 Using the keypad

Channel 1 according to the example above

1.Enter the following key sequence "147"

10. Deleting radio codes of the transmitter to the receiver (drive)

Warning: Performing this function deletes all radio information of the receiver. This means

that the drive can no longer be used with any of the radio transmitters that were programmed

for the receiver. These radio transmitters need to be reprogrammed as per 8.1 to the receiver.

Step 1: Press and hold button "P" until all LEDs light up and LED 7 flashes.

Step 2: Press the button "-", until LED 7 goes out and flashes again, indicating the successful

deletion of the remote control.

Step 3: Press the P button to save.

Check the deletion with a transmitter that has been used up until then. If the drive can no

longer be operated with this transmitter, this indicates that the deletion was successful.

11. Transport carriage - emergency release

Warning

To avoid serious injury to persons and damage to property, please note the following:

• The emergency release should only be triggered when the door is closed. Weak or broken

springs or any other unfavourable circumstances, can contribute to the door opening

unexpectedly and uncontrollably.

• Never trigger the emergency release when there are people in the movement area of the

door.

• Never use the unlocking handle to open and close the door.

1. The door should be completely closed.

2. Pull the handle to the vertical position (see figure) until it clicks into place. The door can be

moved by hand in both directions as frequently as desired.

13. Guarantee

· We grant 5 years warranty from the sales date for proper operation.

· The warranty granted is limited to the drive and moving parts such as chain, drive sprocket

and transport carriage.

· The warranty covers the value of the same and, if necessary, free replacement or repair of

the defective garage door.

· The warranty processing is generally covered by the seller (invoicing party).

· The warranty is excluded for defects and damage of any kind which results from non-

observance of these instructions and the safety instructions, the incorrect installation and

connection, improper use, incorrect operation and improper transport. Wear and tear and

damage caused thereby, are also excluded from the warranty.

· The costs for the installation and removal of defective motors are not covered by the claim

pursuant to § 439 para 1 BGB (German Civil Code). Deviating applies only to the sale of

consumer goods as per § 474 BGB. However, the supplementary performance variant

"Delivery of a Defect-free Item", apart from the removal and conveying of a defective

purchased item and the installation of the replacement item cannot be claimed when there

is a contract between companies.

1.Informations d'utilisation

Attention

Il est impératif de prendre connaissance des présentes instructions avant toute
opération de montage ou de mise en service. La prise en compte et le respect de
toutes les instructions et tous les avertissements fournis est nécessaire. Tout
défaut de montage et/ou d'utilisation du matériel est susceptible de causer de
graves blessures ou des dégâts importants au niveau du matériel.

Utilisation conventionnelle

Le système d'entraînement est exclusivement conçu pour l'ouverture et la fermeture de

portes basculantes et sectionnelles utilisées en milieu résidentiel. Il n'est pas adapté à une

installation sur un bâtiment industriel.

1.1Instructions de sécurité importantes

Attention ! Pour la sécurité et la vie des personnes, il est essentiel de tenir compte de toutes

les informations fournies. Les instructions fournies dans le présent manuel doivent

impérativement être suivies.

Les dispositifs de commande de la porte ne sont pas des jouets et doivent être maintenus en
dehors de la portée des enfants.
Pendant la mise en mouvement de la porte, toutes les personnes doivent se tenir à distance
suffisante jusqu'à ouverture ou fermeture complète de la porte.
Attention : lors de la manipulation du déverrouillage d'urgence, une défaillance des ressorts de la
porte ou un déséquilibrage du poids de la porte risque de causer des mouvements incontrôlés de
la porte.
Il est important de contrôler fréquemment l'éventuelle apparition de signes d'usure, de
détérioration ou de déséquilibrage sur l'ensemble de l'installation. Ces précautions concernent
en particulier les câbles, ressorts et pièces de fixation. La porte ne doit en aucun cas être mise en
mouvement si des réparations ou réglages sont nécessaires. Le déséquilibrage de la porte ou le
dérèglement d'un ressort dans l'installation est susceptible de causer des blessures sur les
personnes.
N'entreprenez jamais de réparation ou de modification sur l'installation, en particulier au niveau
des ressorts et dispositifs de fixation ou de suspension. La force de tension considérable des
ressorts risque de causer de graves blessures. Ce type de travaux doit être confié à un technicien
qualifié afin d'assurer un niveau de sécurité appropriée.
Le bon fonctionnement de la détection d'obstacle doit être vérifié de manière mensuelle. Lors
d'un mouvement de descente, si la porte rencontre un obstacle au sol (hauteur min. : 40 mm), le
système d'entraînement doit la retirer dans le sens de la montée. En cas de besoin, la correction
des réglages doit être entreprise afin d'éviter tout danger de blessure aux personnes.

1.2Instructions de montage importantes

Attention ! Toutes les informations de montage doivent être prises en compte. Un montage

défectueux est susceptible de causer des blessures graves.

Remarque : pour des raisons de sécurité, un technicien spécialiste des portes de garage

doit vérifier l'installation de la porte et réparer ou corriger tout défaut d'installation.

Les instructions suivantes doivent également être suivies impérativement :
Avant l'installation, il est nécessaire de s'assurer que le plafond du garage est adapté à
la fixation sûre du système d'entraînement et du rail de guidage. Si tel n'est pas le cas,
une structure de support doit être installée au préalable.
Avant l'installation du système d'entraînement, tous les dispositifs qui ne sont pas requis
après l'installation doivent être arrêtés.

Avant l'installation du système d'entraînement, il est nécessaire de vérifier l'intégrité de
l'état mécanique de la porte et de son déplacement, ainsi que son équilibrage.
Il est également nécessaire de s'assurer que le déclencher de déverrouillage d'urgence
ne puisse pas être accroché par les barres de toit ou toute autre dispositif installé sur
votre véhicule, risquant de causer le déverrouillage intempestif du système.
Après l'installation, il est nécessaire de vérifier que le système d'entraînement est
correctement réglé et que la porte remonte correctement en cas de rencontre d'un objet
de 40 mm de hauteur posé au sol.
Après l'installation, il est nécessaire de s'assurer que la porte n'avance dans aucune
position sur une voie piétonne publique ou sur la rue.
La règlementation applicable à l'installation et le fonctionnement d'appareils électriques
doit être respectée.

Attention ! La commande de la porte peut être confiée à un enfant (âgé de 8 ans au

minimum) ou à une personne présentant des capacités physiques, sensorielles ou

mentales restreintes, ou un manque d'expérience ou de connaissance, uniquement

sous la surveillance d'une personne responsable ou après la transmission claire des

instructions de sécurité lui assurant la compréhension et le discernement des dangers

existants.

1.3Dispositions et règlementation relatives à la sécurité

Les éléments de commande fixes (ou une télécommande placée dans un support mural)
doivent être proches de la porte pour permettre la transmission, quoiqu'à distance
suffisante des pièces mobiles. Ils doivent être positionnés à un hauteur minimale de
1,5 m et hors de la portée des enfants.
Le déclencheur de déverrouillage d'urgence doit être placé à une hauteur maximale de
1,8 m. S'il est amovible, il doit être positionné à proximité immédiate de la porte.
La plaque d'information du déverrouillage d'urgence doit être fixée de manière
permanente à proximité immédiate du déclencheur.
La prise à contact de protection obligatoire pour le raccordement du système
d'entraîneme nt de l a port e doit être p ositionnée à environ 0, 5 m du s ystème
d'entraînement.
En cas de détérioration du câble d'alimentation, le système d'entraînement ne doit pas
être utilisé. Si tel est le cas, le câble d'alimentation doit être remplacé par un technicien
qualifié et autorisé.
Des plaques d'avertissement contre le pincement doivent être apposées de manière
permanente sur un emplacement visible ou à proximité immédiate de tout dispositif de
commande fixe.

5Pré-montage/assemblage

5.1Assemblage des pièces du rail de guidage et montage du chariot coulissant et du

levier de déverrouillage d'urgence

ATTENTION :

Danger de blessure par pincement ! Maintenez vos doigts aussi loin que possible du point

d'assemblage des pièces.

5.2Montage de la tige de transmission (droite ou coudée)

Les trous de fixation sont situés sur le rail, du côté du moteur.

5.4 Tension de la chaîne

Le dispositif de tension de la chaîne est situé sur le rail, du côté de la porte.

Remarque :

par la suite, avant toute opération de maintenance, le chariot doit toujours être desserré avec

le déverrouillage d'urgence.

Vérifiez régulièrement que la chaîne est correctement tendue et ajustez-la, le cas échéant.

5.5Fixation du rail au système d'entraînement

Attention :

pour cette opération, utilisez uniquement les pièces et éléments de fixation fournis.

Dans le cas contraire, le système d'entraînement risque d'être endommagé et la sécurité de

son fonctionnement compromise.

Attention :

au cours du montage, le système d'entraînement ne soit pas être raccordé à l'alimentation

électrique. Avant tout travail, il est indispensable de retirer la fiche d'alimentation du secteur.

L'assemblage du rail et du système d'entraînement est désormais achevé.

6.Montage

Informations importantes pour le montage

Suivez les instructions de sécurité fournies en page 3, dans la section « 1 Informations

d'utilisation ».

Veillez particulièrement assembler le système d'entraînement, le rail, le dispositif de
déverrouillage d'urgence et les autres pièces avec le plus grand soin. Les graves erreurs
de montage ne peuvent pas être réparées. Le fonctionnement sécurisé de l'installation
complète (porte de garage et système d'entraînement) ne peut alors plus être assuré. Il
est interdit d'utiliser le système d'entraînement dans une telle configuration car des
blessures graves ou des dégâts matériels importants peuvent en résulter.

Avant le montage, désactivez ou retirez tous les dispositifs de verrouillage.
Évite le port de vêtements amples ou de bijoux, ceux-ci présentant le risque d'être
happés par le système d'entraînement ou d'autres parties de l'installation.
Ne raccordez jamais le système à l'alimentation électrique avant la fin de toutes les
étapes du montage, ni en présence de personnes dans la zone de mouvement des pièces
mobiles.
Placez l'étiquette de déverrouillage d'urgence de manière visible, à proximité de la porte
ou du système d'entraînement.

6.2Montage du support de linteau pour le rail de guidage

Fixez le support de linteau au mur, au-dessus de la porte de garage (linteau) ou, le cas

échéant, au plafond au-dessus de la porte. Si la fixation directe au mur ou au plafond est

impossible, une structure de support doit être premièrement posée.

En cas de fixation direct dans un élément de maçonnerie ou dans du béton, des chevilles

appropriées (non fournies dans la livraison) doivent être utilisées.

6. Montage (suite)

6.3Fixation du rail au support de linteau

Insérez les deux lames métalliques situées à l'extrémité du rail dans le support de linteau.

Fixez le rail au support de linteau à l'aide de la tige (17) prévue à cet effet et fixez la tige à

l'aide de la

goupille bêta (18).

6.4Fixation du rail au système d'entraînement

Attention : afin d'éviter tout dommage au niveau de la porte de garage, faites-vous seconder

par quelqu'un.

Étape 1 : Fixez l'étrier (5) sur le rail et fixez le profil d'angle court en acier (32) à l'étrier à

l'aide des vis (19).

Étape 2 : positionnez le rail à l'horizontale et mesurez l'espacement entre le moteur et le

plafond. Maintenez le système d'entraînement et le rail à l'horizontale. Mesurez

l'espacement entre les deux côtés du profil d'angle et le plafond. Découpez les deux profils

d'angle longs en acier (12) selon la masure et fixez-les au rail avec le profil d'angle court,

ainsi que le second profil court. Pour la fixation des pièces, utilisez les vis (19).

Étape 3 : Avec l'assistance de quelqu'un, montez le système d'entraînement et le rail au

plafond. Les chevilles et vis nécessaires ne sont pas fournies à la livraison.

Pour un montage direct au plafond, sans profil d'angle en acier, utilisez les chevilles (5) et

(13).

Attention : veillez à ancrer le système d'entraînement et le rail de manière appropriée afin

d'assurer une fixation durable du système au plafond. Pour cela, assurez-vous que

l'emplacement de fixation du système d'entraînement et du rail au plafond est à même de

supporter le poids du système et les forces résultant de son fonctionnement.

6.5Montage du support sur porte pour la tige de transmission

Attention : assurez-vous que le matériau est adapté à une fixation sur la porte. Pour ce faire,

contactez le fabricant de la porte et, le cas échéant, procurez-vous les éléments de

renforcement nécessaires.

A Portes sectionnelles

Étape 1 : pour le montage du support sur porte, utilisez la ligne médiane verticale définie

lors du montage du support de linteau (voir section 6.2) en prolongeant le marquage sur la

porte.

Étape 2 : positionnez le rebord supérieur du support sur porte à 5-10 cm du rebord supérieur

de la porte.

Étape 3 : marquez l'emplacement des trous de perçage, percez les trous et fixez le support à

l'aide des vis (23).

Dans ce cas également, alignez le support au support de linteau et fixez-le au niveau du

rebord supérieur de la porte.

Étape 1 : fermez la porte. Retirez le chariot coulissant en desserrant le levier de

déverrouillage d'urgence.

Étape 2 : fixez la tige de transmission coudée au support de la porte et au chariot coulissant

à l'aide des tiges de fixation et sécurisez la fixation à l'aide d'une goupille bêta.

Remarque :

en fonction de la configuration du montage, il peut être nécessaire de prolonger

la tige de transmission coudée à l'aide de la tige droite. Pour ce faire, reportez-vous à

l'illustration suivante en utilisant les vis (19).

Étape 3 : positionnez la poignée de déverrouillage d'urgence à l'horizontale. Le chariot

coulissant s'enclenche tout seul à l'activation du système d'entraînement. Reportez-vous

également à la section

« Utilisation du chariot coulissant et du déverrouillage d'urgence ».

B Portes basculantes

Étape 1 : fermez la porte. Retirez le chariot coulissant en actionnant le levier de

déverrouillage d'urgence.

Étape 2 : fixez la tige de transmission droite au support de la porte à l'aide de la tige de

fixation et sécurisez la fixation à l'aide d'une goupille bêta.

Étape 3 : fixez la tige de transmission coudée au chariot coulissant à l'aide de la tige de

fixation et sécurisez la fixation à l'aide d'une goupille bêta.

Étape 4 : fixez les deux tiges l'une à l'autre.

Étape 5 : positionnez la poignée de déverrouillage d'urgence à l'horizontale. Le chariot

coulissant s'enclenche tout seul à l'activation du système d'entraînement. Reportez-vous

également à la section.
