combination of both to verify compliance to the requirements of applicable codes and standards. This activity is coupled with periodic surveillance of the

IDENTIFICATION: Each fixture shall be permanently and legibly marked with the

manufacturer's name or registered trademark; or in case of private
labeling, the name of the customer for whom the fixture was
manufactured. Non-standard fixtures shall be marked with an "N".
Close-coupled water closets shall be marked with the model number on
both the bowl and tank. Product shall be marked with the average water
consumption in both Lpf and gpf. Gravity flush tanks shall be marked
with the water level mark. Product shall also be marked with the reduced
flush volume and the designation ASME A112.19.14. All packaging shall
be marked with the manufacturer's name or registered trademark; or in
case of private labeling, the name of the customer for whom the fixture
was manufactured, the model number and the water consumption in Lpf and
gpf. The product shall also bear the cUPC® certification mark. Markings
on product shall be visible after installation.

CHARACTERISTICS: Six-liter water closets equipped with a dual flushing device. To be

installed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and the
requirements of the latest edition of the Uniform Plumbing Code.

Products comply with the applicable sections of the latest edition of
the Uniform Plumbing Code® and the Green Plumbing and Mechanical Code
Supplement. Models listed to the National Plumbing Code of Canada and
Relevant Canadian Standard(s) shall bear the cUPC mark of conformity®.
Manufactured in compliance with ASME A112.19.2-2008/CSA B45.1-08.

Products listed on this certificate have been tested by an IAPMO R&T
recognized laboratory. This recognition has been granted based upon the
laboratory's compliance to the applicable requirements of ISO/IEC

17025.
