Aluminum Sheet Pans
• Made from H-24 3003 aluminum alloy, proven to be harder
and more durable.
• 18 or 16 gauge.
• Aluminum pans, feature a rust-resistant wire bead,
for rust-free durability and extended use.
• Solid, perforated, or glazed.
• Packed 12 per box.
NSF Sheet Pans
• NSF pans are solid and 12 gauge construction, heavier than
the standard aluminum sheet pans.
• Instead of a wire bead around the perimeter of the pan, the
bead is open.
• Packed 12 per box.
Drip Racks
• Designed to fit inside half size and full size Panco
sheet pans.
• Mat wires crisscrossed, creating a3⁄8˝ (10mm) mesh.
• Bottom wires have integral supports that hold mat
approximately5⁄8˝ (16mm) off the working surface.
• Chrome (packed 12 per box).
