Eagle Spec-Bar 2000® Rotary Glasswasher by Moyer Diebel, mode #DF. Heavy duty stainless steel construction. Three pump injection system allows for separate rinse and sanitizer. Upper and lower wash and rinse arms, double walled construction, final cool water rinse, splash shields, and polypropylene conveyor. Three US gallons initial fill, 3kw electric tank heat—208/230/60/1. Holds sixty-four 21⁄2˝ glasses, processes 1000 per hour.

Design and Construction Features

•Three pump injection system allows the use of separate sanitizer and rinse aid.

•Precisely calibrated pumps inject just the right amount of chemical—no guesswork, no waste.

•Upper and lower wash and rinse arms produce sparkling clean glasses every time.

•Double walled construction for quieter operation.

•Final cool water rinse provides a cool glass ready for immediate use.

•Splash shields for splashover protection.

•Off-the-floor shelf provides storage for three 1-gallon containers.

•Polypropylene conveyor virtually eliminates chipping of fine stemware.

•Conveyor movement: clockwise rotation.

•Capacity: Holds sixty-four 21⁄2˝ (64mm) glasses and processes 1000 per hour.

•Water consumption: 2.8 US gpm cold water, 3 US gallons hot water (initial fill), maximum consumption approximately 10 US gph.

•Hot water inlet: 140-160˚F (61-69˚C), 1⁄2˝ (13mm) IPS, flow pressure 25-95 psi (172.5-656 kPa).

•Cold Water inlet: 75˚F (24˚C), 1⁄2˝ (13mm) IPS, flow pressure 25-95 psi (172.5-656 kPa).

•Drain: 11⁄2˝ (38mm) tailpiece, connect to drain size according to local plumbing code.

•Heating: 3 kw electric tank heat.

•Electric: 208-230/60/1, 15-amp. Supplied with 6˝ (1829mm) plug-in cord.

•Front access door with pull handle.
