Short Form Specifications

Eagle Spec-Bar 2000® Cocktail Station, model ____________. Heavy gauge type 304 stainless steel body, legs, leg channels and cross rails with plastic laminate-covered wooden end panels (color to be determined). Two stainless steel deep-drawn sinks with stainless steel perforated lift out baskets, T&S gooseneck faucet, stainless steel blender shelf, stainless steel double speed rail with ABS for sound deadening, foamed-in-place stainless steel ice chest with sealed-in 8-circuit post mix cold plate, 4˝ x 8˝ x 612˝-high tubing chase. Stainless steel overshelf with removable stainless steel perforated inserts.

Design and Construction Features

Overshelf with removable perforated inserts, tubing chase, work surface, blender shelf, double speed rail steps, bowls and ice bins are 20 gauge stainless steel.

Leg channels and legs are 16 gauge stainless steel.

14 gauge stainless steel blender shelf ends and double speed rails.

Front and end panels are laminated wood.

T&S faucet is on 4˝ (102mm) center, accepts 38˝ (10mm) sink leads, hot and cold water connections required.

Ice bin is 16˝ x 2612˝ x 1012˝ (406 x 673 x 267mm) deep.

Eight-circuit cold plate has 12˝ (13mm) NPT nipple.

Sink bowl dimensions are 914˝ x 1112˝ x 6˝ (235 x 292 x 152mm) deep.

Sink drain is 112˝ (38mm) I.P.S. with nut, washer, and tailpiece.

Tubing chase is 4˝ x 8˝ x 612˝ high (102 x 203 x 165mm).

Overshelf with removable perforated inserts included.

Shelf heights are as follows: Tray shelf is 44˝ (1118mm) high, optional single overshelf is 69˝ (1753mm), and optional double overshelves are 63˝ (1600mm) and

72˝ (1829mm) high.

Rotation of station depends on ice bin location. Ice bin can be at bartender’s left (clockwise) or right (counter-clockwise)

Suggestions: Open floor drain under sink, 120-volt 20-amp, four-plex electrical outlet below ice bin.
