This vacuum cleaner is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental 9. capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the vacuum cleaner by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the vacuum cleaner.
Do not leave the vacuum cleaner when plugged in. Unplug from outlet when not in use, and before performing user 10. maintenance, connecting or disconnecting the hose or changing accessories.
Store the vacuum cleaner indoors. Do not use or store this vacuum cleaner below 0ºC (32ºF). Ensure that the 11. vacuum cleaner is at room temperature before operating. Put the vacuum cleaner away after use with the cable stored safely, to prevent tripping hazards.
This vacuum cleaner is fitted with a thermal protection device. If any part of your vacuum cleaner becomes blocked 12. it may cause the device to operate and automatically stop the vacuum cleaner. If this happens, the vacuum cleaner must be switched off, unplugged and allowed to cool down before attempting to check filters or for blockages. Ensure any blockage is cleared before re-starting the vacuum cleaner.
Do not unplug by pulling on cable. To unplug, grasp the plug, not the cable.13. Do not pull or carry by the cable, use the cable as a handle, close a door on the cable, or pull the cable around 14.
