Please read this instruction manual thoroughly before using your new appliance. It is important to keep these
instructions for future reference. If the appliance becomes faulty during regular use, it should only be repaired
by an authorised service engineer. The manufacturer is not responsible if the appliance becomes damaged or
defective as a result of the user not following the information included in this manual.

The following safety instructions must be followed when using the appliance.

It’s not possible for us to anticipate or provide safety rules for every specic situation.
Please apply commonsense precautions when using the appliance in a situation that isn’t described below.
• This appliance has been designed for indoor use at home. It is not suitable for any other use, including heavy
duty, commercial or professional applications. You must not use the appliance outside under any
circumstances.
• This device is not supposed to be used by physically or mentally handicapped people, or persons without
experience or knowledge (including children, as well), unless such a person supervises or guides their use of
the device, who is at the same time responsible for their safety. As for children, supervision is recommended
to make sure that they do not play with the device. This device is not supposed to be used by children under
the age of 14, not even with supervision!
• You must not use or attach any additional parts that are not recommended by the manufacturer. Using them
may cause an accident or other problems with the appliance.
• Don't put the appliance near hot objects (e.g. oven, hob, heater etc.) or on any hot surface.
• Don’t place the appliance anywhere it could slide down, fall or be knocked over accidentally.
• Don't use the appliance in the presence of explosive or inammable gases, vapours or liquids.
• Avoid using the appliance where it would be subjected to very high or low temperatures; it should only be
operated and stored at temperatures between +10°C and +40°C.
• Don't use the appliance in a wet or damp environment.
• Don't use the appliance where it will be subjected to jarring or vibration.

• If your appliance is damaged or operates in an abnormal way, immediately stop using it and take it to an
authorised service engineer for checking, repair or adjustment.
• The manufacturer accepts no liability for damage that results from incorrect operation, incorrect
maintenance/cleaning or disregarding the instructions contained in this manual. In addition, the
manufacturer is not liable for damage caused by any parts of the appliance breaking or cracking during use.
• The manufacturer is not responsible for replacing any parts that are designed to require replacement in the
course of normal use (including the cleaning mop that ts to the steam head).
Dear Customer,
All electrical and mechanical equipment needs to be cared for appropriately. It’s important
to note that using or storing this appliance in certain conditions may adversely aect its lifespan
and functionality. Always protect the appliance from the conditions listed below.
Using or storing the appliance in a wet, humid or damp environment can cause:
- deterioration and premature aging of the cover and electric insulation of the appliance,
- premature wearing and aging of the plastic and rubber components,
- rust and corrosion aecting electrical components and metal parts.
Using the appliance in a dusty environment or in a kitchen (where the air may be contaminated with
cooking oil or grease) can cause:
- the casing of the appliance to become coated in greasy dust, resulting in damage to plastic and
rubber parts,
- the mechanical/electrical components to become coated in greasy dust, resulting in electrical
failure and even complete breakdown of the appliance.
Direct sunshine can cause:
- premature aging of the appliance,
- deterioration of the plastic and rubber parts, resulting in a risk to the user’s safety.
Continuous heavy use can cause:
- premature wear,
- the steam nozzles to become clogged with corrosion deposits, particularly if untreated tap
water is used,
- deterioration of parts due to the eect of frequent heating,
- electrical elements to overheat.
Storing the appliance in a frosty or cold environment can cause:
- plastic and rubber parts to become fragile, resulting in a risk to the user’s safety,
- rust and corrosion aecting electrical components and metal parts.
