Drum Cover Installation
This manual explains the installation procedure for the drum
cover. The drum cover is necessary for the Kart / A TV Dyno when
used in conjunction with Motorcycle Carriage Option.
Step 1
Place the Drum Cover on the top deck of the dyno. It should cover
the drum that it not used during motorcycle testing.
Step 2
Use a tape measure to center the Drum Cover. Measure the front
and rear of the cover to the front and rear of the dyno frame (A).
Also, measure from the drum face (on each side) to the edge of the
Drum Cover (B).

Step 3
Use a hammer and a transfer punch to mark the two holes for the
retaining pins. The two holes are opposite of each other and near
the corners.
Step 4
Remove the cover and drill the marks that you made with a 1/4” bit.
Step 5
Replace the cover and line up the holes. Install the push pins
through the cover and into the dyno top deck.
You may now operate the Kart Dyno with the Motorcycle Carriage
Option.

Note: Never operate a motorcycle on the dyno with
the drum cover removed.
