If you encounter any issues with the operation of the massage chair, please refer to the troubleshooting guidelines below. If you are not able to resolve the issue, stop using the massage chair immediately and contact your dealer. Make sure to unplug the massage chair cord from the wall outlet.
1. Problem – The right and left rollers are out of alignment. Solution – The rollers are designed with an alternating tapping mechanism and sometimes the rollers will be in the stopped position and out of alignment. This is how they were designed.
-51-
Page 54
2. Problem – The rollers move up to the top of the massage chair and stop. Solution – The auto timer will cause the rollers to move up to the top of the massage
chair when the massage time of 15 minutes has expired. Do not interfere with this function at the conclusion of your massage session as this is part of the design of the massage chair.
3. Problem – There is noise during the massage chair operation. Solution – You will hear noises during the tapping function, during the kneading as the rollers rub up against the massage chair cover, during the roller operation as the rollers raise and lower, during the air massage as air inflates and deflates, during the air massage from the pump, and during the raising and lowering of the massage chair back. This noises are part of the design of the massage chair.
4. Problem – The rollers stop during the massage chair operation. Solution – If the rollers experience too much pressure, they will sometimes stop moving temporally. You can slightly lift your body or raise the massage chair back on the controller. This issue may occur when the user is greater than 220 pounds.
5. Problem – The massage chair has no power and will not respond to the controller. Solution – Check to make sure the massage chair power cord is properly connected to the wall outlet. Check to make sure the Main Power Switch is turned ON. Be sure not to press 2 buttons at the same time on the controller.
6. Problem – The massage chair power cord is overheating. Solution – Stop using the massage chair immediately and unplug the massage chair power cord from the wall outlet. Contact your dealer for assistance.
If the massage chair is experiencing any of the following, stop operating the massage chair and contact your dealer:
The massage chair does not start when the Main Power Switch is ON The massage chair power cord is damaged The massage chair cord becomes unusually hot The auto timer function is not working Other failures of the massage chair
o If after reviewing the above troubleshooting guidelines and the problem has not been
resolved, contact your dealer. Do not attempt to disassemble or make repairs to the massage chair on your own as this could void the warranty and also cause possible injury.

Page 55
The massage chair cover is designed to have the rollers rub up against it. It will receive wear over time. If you operate the massage chair twice a day for two 15 minute sessions, the life of the massage chair cover is approximately 3 years.
Depending on the user’s weight, size, and frequency of use, this could vary. Before each use, the massage chair cover should be inspected. It is recommended that the massage chair cover be inspected by an authorized serviceperson prior to the third year. Regardless of usage, you should have the massage chair inspected by an authorized serviceperson after 5 years of use.
XIII. Massage Chair – Care & Storage

If the massage chair is not going to be used for an extended period of time, put a cover over it to protect it from dust and dirt. Make sure to keep pets away from the massage chair to prevent them from chewing on the massage chair cover and massage chair cord.
When cleaning the massage chair cover, do so with lukewarm water and a soft cloth. You can use a very small amount of upholstery cleaner (mild cleaner) if necessary. When using an upholstery cleaner, test a spot on the massage chair that is out-of-sight to make sure the cleaner does not stain the massage chair cover. Be sure to remove all of the cleaner residue from the massage chair cover at the conclusion of you cleaning it. Do not use alcohol-based or other chemical household cleaning products or abrasives on the massage chair as they can damage the massage chair. The controller can be wiped down with a dry and soft cloth only.

direct sunlight or radiator or hot water tank/heater.
o When cleaning the massage chair, be sure to unplug the massage chair cord from the
wall outlet first. Do not plug or unplug the massage chair cord with wet hands.
o When storing the massage chair and covering it with a chair cover (such a vinyl), keep in
