The recommended massage session is 15 minutes. Do not use the massage chair for longer than 15 minutes and do not continue to massage a specific area for longer than 15 minutes. You must rest for at least 30 minutes before using the massage chair again. Usage greater than 15 minutes without a 30 minute rest period can result in over-stimulation of muscles and nerves.
This product is not a medical device and is not intended to cure ailments. If you feel any discomfort at any time during use, discontinue use immediately. If you find any abnormal condition, stop using the massage chair immediately. Product subject to change. Color may have slight variation.

Do not use this product if the outer cover is damaged or if there is mechanical or
electronic failure. Contact your dealer immediately and do not operate the massage chair.
Make sure the product is placed on a level floor before operating. Plug the massage chair cord directly into a 120V 15 amp grounded circuit
receptacle. Never plug the massage chair cord into a loose fitting or broken receptacle. Extension cords are not recommended.
Do not shake or drop the product.Do not use or store the product in a hot or humid environment, such as in a
bathroom, near a heater or hot water tank, etc. Placing this product in such places can cause accidental injury as a result from electric shock.
Do not use this product with other massage devices.Do not use this product without the outer cover.Do not use medical or cosmetic products, such as creams or body ointments/lotions,

o Do not use this product with any other power source other than AC 110V-120V.
Do not wrap the power cord around the power chair as this can result in electric shock, fire and/or personal injury.
o Do not let children or pets sit and play on or near the massage chair as this can
result in physical injury or malfunction.
In the event of a power failure, switch the main power switch to OFF. Then disconnect the power cord from the wall receptacle. This will prevent any unexpected sudden operation when the power failure is restored.
Do not touch the wall receptacle, plug, or power cord with wet hands.
When not using or if a power failure occurs when the massage chair is in operation, turn the main power switch OFF and disconnect the power cord from the wall receptacle to prevent electric shock or accidental injury. In the event of cleaning the massage chair, turn the main power switch OFF on the massage chair and disconnect the power cord from the wall receptacle to prevent electric shock or accidental injury. When disconnecting the massage chair power cord, please do so by removing the plug and not by grabbing the massage chair power cord and pulling. Pulling on the massage chair power cord can result in electric shock, short circuit, fire, and/or physical injury.
Do not use the massage chair immediately after a meal or drinking fluids as this may result in discomfort. Do not hang any object using the massage chair power cord. Handle the controller with care. Do not drop the controller as it could result in electric shock, fire, and/or personal injury. Do not use the massage chair near any open flames, such as a fire place, or any other heating device. Do not place the massage chair near floor heating systems as it could result in fire. Do not smoke while operating the massage chair and do not place the massage chair where there is underfloor heating.

Make sure to sit as far back in the massage chair as possible before staring your massage. Always retract the airbags after use. Do not press more than 1 button at any given time. The function light will illuminate during operation and will turn off after the conclusion of operation. Do not use the massage chair for more than 15 minutes. Do not reuse the massage chair for at least 30 minutes.
o Do not pull or scratch or damage the massage chair fabric cover with any sharp object as
it will result in possible injury and malfunction of the massage chair.
o Do not twist or stretch the power cord beyond its capability or it could result in fire. o If the massage chair power cord is damaged in any way, do not plug the power cord into a
wall receptacle. Make sure that the wall receptacle is not damaged and that the massage chair power cord fits into the wall receptacle snug and tight or it could result in electric shock, fire, or personal injury.
o Do not put your fingers or foot into the gap between the swivel and the massage chair. o During operation of the massage chair, do not put your fingers into the gap between the
housing and cushion of the massage chair as it will result in personal injury.
o Do not force overloading the different functions of the massage chair by pressing function
buttons rapidly. This can result in personal injury and malfunction of the massage chair.
o Do not fall asleep in the massage chair. Make sure you are alert when using the massage
chair.
o Never move the massage chair why it is in use. Do not drag the massage chair as this
can damage your flooring. When moving the massage chair, be sure to carry it.
o This product is not for commercial use. o Make sure the massage chair power cord fits snuggly into the wall receptacle. Be sure
there is not dust obstructing the connection between the massage chair power cord and wall receptacle.
o Do not stand or tread on the massage chair. Do not force overloading the massage chair
as this could lead to personal injury.
o Do not operate the massage chair under any cloth materials, such as a blanket. This
could lead to excessive heating of the massage chair and could result in a fire and/or personal injury.
o This product is not intended for use by children or persons with reduced mental
capabilities. Keep children, persons with reduced mental capabilities and pets away from the massage chair when in use.

Please Note: You will need to keep the massage chair 3.5 feet away from any audio/video device. Make sure there are no holes, rips, or tears in the fabric cover of the massage chair before use.
1. Insert the plug into the wall receptacle.
2. Turn ON the ON/OFF switch on the massage chair located at the bottom of the backrest.
3. Sit in the chair with your back stretching out. Be sure to sit all the wall back.
4. Pull the handle on the left arm to adjust the reclining angle to a comfortable position. The chair back can recline from 100 degrees to 130 degrees.
5. Choose the function setting and strength. Press the function button to choose the massage setting. Press the “Strength” button to choose the air pressure. “S” is for strong and “W” is for weak.
Waist
Massage:
The arm airbags squeeze on both sides and the waist airbags push forward for a complete waist massage.
Back
Massage:
The back airbags focus on the different areas of the back. With different air
movement,
different massage methods, and
different air pressure, the back will receive a complete massage.
Stretching:
The airbags located at different positions provide a relaxed whole body massage.
ShouIder/neck:
The airbags around the shoulder and the neck stimulate the corresponding muscles
6. To stop the massage cycle, press the “STOP” button. A single cycle runs for 15 minutes. When the time is up, the massage function has ended.
7. Once you have completed the massage session, switch OFF the power. It is recommended that you unplug the cord from the wall receptacle when the massage chair is not in use.
8. To fold the massage chair, loosen the metal hook at the lower back of the massage chair. Next, slowly fold the backrest of the folding massage chair. Be sure not place your fingers in the gap between the back and the seat of the massage chair. If you use the chair daily, then you do not need to normally fold the chair.

CARE AND
STORAGE
After use, you can cover the product to prevent it from getting
the product in a hot, humid, or dusty place. Avoid addition and when storing, make sure the massage chair is unplugged and the power cord and controller are put away securely as to not get damaged. Do not clean or spray the massage chair with abrasive cleaning agents, alcohol, or insecticide as they may cause damage to the massage chair.
When cleaning the massage chair, be sure to first disconnect the power cord from
the wall outlet. Do not pull out the plug from the wall receptacle with wet hands.
Make sure the massage chair is clear and free of dust. When storing the massage
chair, do so in a dry and non-humid location. If he massage chair is not going to be used for an extended period of time, put a cover over it to protect it from dust and dirt. Make sure to keep pets away from the massage chair to prevent them from chewing on the massage chair cover and massage chair cord.
When cleaning the massage chair cover, do so with lukewarm water and a soft
cloth. You can use a very small amount of upholstery cleaner (mild cleaner) if necessary. When using upholstery cleaner, test a spot on the massage chair that is out-of-sight to make sure the cleaner does not stain the massage chair cover. Be sure to remove all of the cleaner residue from the massage chair cover at the conclusion of you cleaning it. Do not use alcohol-based or other chemical household cleaning products or abrasives on the massage chair as they can damage the massage chair. The controller can be wiped down with a dry and soft cloth only.

TROUBLESHOOTING
1. Problem – Noise during operation, air flow sound, lowing humming sound, “tick tack” sound, or air pump sound.
Causes – When parts of the massage chair are functioning, you will have some Noise during operation. When the airbags inflate/deflate, you will have some air movement noise. When the solenoid valves are functioning, you will have some humming and “tick tack” noise. When the air pump is working, you will have some air pump noise. Solution – As these noises are part of the design of the massage chair, they are normal and have no effect on the operation of the massage chair.
2. Problem – The massage chair will not operate. Causes – The power cord could be disconnected or damaged. Your main breaker has tripped and there is not power at the wall receptacle. The main power switch is turned “OFF”. Solution – Make sure you have plugged the massage chair power cord into the wall receptacle. Make sure that the wall receptacle has power. Make sure you have turned “ON” the main power switch on the massage chair.
3. Problem – Massage functions have stopped during operation of the massage chair. Causes – The 15 minutes have expired and the massage chair has entered the standby mode. Solution – Allow your body to rest and restart the massage program after 30 minutes

Warranty
1 Year Limited Warranty
The massage chair is covered by a 1 Year Limited Warranty. During the first year of ownership, the massage chair is covered with in-home service including parts and labor.
If the product is defective when received or becomes defective during the manufacturer’s
warranty period, it will be repaired/replaced in accordance with the manufacturer’s original factory warranty
The massage products are for residential indoor use only. Any exposure to outdoor elements such as rain, snow, sun, wind, or extreme temperatures will not be covered by this warranty. Any damages as a result of modifications made to the massage products will void this warranty.
What Is Covered: The Plan certifies that the Golden Designs, Inc. product will perform satisfactorily during the Limited Warranty period. If the product fails, repairs will be covered by the Plan to include parts and labor. If parts are not available, and thus the product is irreparable, you either will receive a replacement with a comparable feature model of like and quality or be reimbursed an amount equal to the average repair cost not to exceed the current replacement value of the product. The product must be prepared, installed,
and used under suitable conditions and in accordance with the manufacturer’s
specifications. This Plan is effective provided adequate proof of purchase is maintained, the product is
properly registered (as directed below) and the specific covered product is properly maintained. Golden Design Inc., the program administrator, must be notified within thirty (30) days of purported failure. All records must be made available for inspection and verification of defects by Golden Design Inc., the administrator, and/or its distributors/contractors. The Plan is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, including any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
What Is Not Covered: The Plan does not cover negligent, fraudulent, and/or intentional damage. The liability under this Plan is limited to those (services/repairs/replacement) delineated herein, at the discretion of the Administrator and only when the product is properly installed, registered, maintained, and in use.
In no event shall (manufacturer/client) or the obligor/administrator of this Plan be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This Plan, covering parts and labor, is void if the product covered by the Plan has been subject to: intentional damage,

alteration, tampering, acts of God and other insurance perils, faulty installation or if damage is covered by any insurance or service contract or OEM warranty. The Plan coverage applies only to the single registered product and no other products are covered. Claims not submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Plan are void. Loss of data or data recovery, damages to components other than those delineated herein, pre-existing damage, damaged accessories, and manufacturer’s recall or damage by unreasonable or unintended use, neglect, improper service or other causes not arising out of defects in material or workmanship are not covered.
