With Portégé X30-G at 15.9 mm thin and 1.05 kg light, and Portégé X40-G at
16.9mm thin and 1.25kg light, the new series helps you power through any task,
anywhere. The innovative Intel® Optane SSD shortens waiting times and speeds
up your output, while the latest Intel® WiFi 6 modules oer improved security,
higher throughput and improved network capacity. Their new S-Type cooling
system works tirelessly and quietly to protect against overheating.

Tested extensively to withstand the bumps and strains of mobile working, the
Portégé X Series is also built with security at its core – and our own unique
in-house BIOS is the foundation. With two-factor authentication, including
IR-based Windows Hello™ and ngerprint reader, the devices are easy to access
in the right hands, and almost impenetrable in the wrong ones. A camera
shutter slider assures your privacy. An optional dynamic privacy lter supported
on the Portégé X40-G lets you instantly restrict the viewing angle of your screen,
so your work is for your eyes only.

why we equipped the Portégé X series with a non-reective screen including
optional In-Cell Touch technology – so whatever the lighting conditions, you
