DX Engineering TB400 Advanced Design Thrust Bearings offer a major
advance in mechanics that solve the issues with competing bearings.
Introduced in early 2021, the upgraded DX Engineering TB400 features
high quality stainless steel ball bearings and stainless steel races that

keep the bearings
very clean.
Compared with
ANY OTHER thrust
bearings, our
TB400 thrust
bearings are firm and strong with an ultra-low rotation
resistance that have to be seen to be believed. These
heavy-duty bearing assemblies cast from high­strength aluminum, precision machined and
assembled to last for the life of the tower installation.

The TB400 fits masts from 2.5” OD to 3” OD. (TB300 fits masts from 1.5” OD to 2” OD.) TB400 thrust
bearings mate with tower bearing plates for ROHN, American Tower or Amerite towers.

These heavy-duty bearing assemblies are cast from high-strength aluminum, precision machined and
assembled with high-quality stainless steel ball bearings.

DX Engineering TB400 3 inch thrust bearings mount directly to the pre-drilled "Flat-Top" Tower Section
models 25AG4 and 45AG4. These Thrust Bearings are also used on Bearing Plate models BPL25G,
BPL45G, or BPL55G which may be added to straight 25G, 45G or 55G Tower Sections, respectively. They
may also be used on the combination model BAS25G Bearing Accessory Shelf for straight 25G Tower
Sections.

TB400 bearings may also be used on any American Tower or Amerite
Tower and accessory that corresponds to the ROHN part numbers
listed above, including tower-top bearing shelves for AME-25, 45 and
55 series towers.

Designed and built for greatly improved longevity, our 3 in. mast thrust
bearings reduce the load on your rotator motor more efficiently than
the old standard version.

The supplied mounting Hardware Patch Bolts (4) are 1/2-13 x 1-1/4”. Patch Bolts have a yellow thread lock
compound (one time use) on the threads to help ensure the bolts stay tight once installed. If removed,
another thread lock compound will be needed prior to re-installation.

Every effort is made to supply the latest information or instruction sheet revision with each product. Occasionally an information or instruction sheet will be updated between the time your DX Engineering product is shipped and when you receive it. Please check the DX Engineering web site

Warranty

All products manufactured by DX Engineering are warranted to be free from defects in mate rial and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of shipment. DX Engineering’s sole obligation under these warranties shall be to issue credit, r epair or replace any item or part thereof
which is proved to be other than as warranted; no allowance shall be made for any labor charge s of Buyer for replacement of parts, adjustment or repairs, or any other work, unless such charges are authorized in advance by DX Engineering. If DX Engineering’s pr oducts are claimed to be
defective in material or workmanship, DX Engineering shall, upon prompt notice thereof, issue shipping instr uctions for return to DX Engineering (transportation-charges prepaid by Buyer). Every such claim for breach of these warranties shall be deemed to be waived b y Buyer unless made
in writing. The above warranties shall not extend to any products or parts thereof which have been subjected to any misuse or neglect, damaged by accident, rendered defective by reason of improper installation, damaged from severe weather including f loods, or abnormal environmental
conditions such as prolonged exposure to corrosives or power surges, or by the performance of repairs or alterations outside of our plant, and shall not apply to any goods or parts thereof furnished by Buyer or acquired from others at Buyer’s specifications. In addition , DX Engineering’s
warranties do not extend to other equipment and parts manufactured by others except to the extent of the or iginal manufacturer’s warranty to DX Engineering. The obligations under the foregoing warranties are limited to the precise terms thereo f. These warranties provide exclusive
remedies, expressly in lieu of all other remedies including claims for special or consequential damages. SELL ER NEITHER MAKES NOR ASSUMES ANY OTHER WARRANTY WHATSOEVER, WHETHER EXPRESS, STATUTORY, OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANT IES OF
