This fully compatible and versatile speaker microphone
for the Icom ID-31/51 series portable transceiver is a superior replacement for the Icom Model HM-75LS microphone.
Responding to the demand for higher audio output,
Infinity Advanced Technologies has designed this mic to
provide higher audio output without the need for a powered internal amplifier providing the user with more intelligible and louder audio when compared to the OE Icom
speaker microphone.
Designed for the Amateur as well as the ARES/CAP/
CERT operator, its housing is rated as IP-67 waterproof
and comes with front mounted pushbutton controls for
Channel UP/DOWN and Icom A/B function customary to
the original equipment Icom HM-75LS mini-mic.
Meets rugged professional specifications as is standard
within the Land Mobile Radio industry sector and is designed with a larger housing when compared with the OE
Icom HM-75LS mini-mic. The microphone’s form and fit is
a favorite for users operating with gloves or if used in
more rugged environments needing a professional microphone.
