1. Allgemeine Information

Ein Umbau auf Bobbinengreifer CLB 300 ist bei der Klasse
767-FAS-573 und der Klasse 767-AE-5-73 möglich.

Bei Maschinen der Klasse 767-AE-5-73, die vor dem 01.01.2007
geliefert wurden, muss der Fester Fuss 0767 220143 (01.0)
verwendet werden.

Auf Wunsch: Schieber 0767 140143 mit Schauglas zur
Restfadenkontrolle.

1.1 Lieferumfang

Bevor Sie mit dem Einbau beginnen:

Bitte überprüfen Sie, ob alle Bauteile des Umbausatzes in dem
Lieferumfang enthalten sind.

Der komplette Bausatz für den Umbau auf Bobbinengreifer mit der
Bestellnummer: 0767 150754 besteht aus folgenden
Komponenten:

1x Greifer 0767 150754
1x Anleitung 0791 767774

Auf Wunsch:
1x Schieber (mit Schauglas) 0767 140143

2. Umbau

Vorsicht Verletzungsgefahr!

Schalten Sie den Hauptschalter aus und ziehen Sie den
Netzstecker, bevor sie mit dem Umbau beginnen.

Der Einbau darf nur von qualifizierten Technikern durchgeführt
werden.

2.1 Demontage der Einzelteile / Greifer einsetzen

2.1.1 Für Klasse: 767-FAS-573

– Schieber entfernen.
– Gegenmesser demontieren.
– Fadenziehmesser demontieren.
– Stichplatte demontieren.
– Transporteur; vordere Schraube entfernen und zur Seite

drehen.

Greiferbefestigungsschrauben lösen und Greifer
herausnehmen.

–

CLB-Greifer einsetzen, Befestigungsschrauben anziehen
(erste Schraube in Drehrichtung auf Fläche).

Schieber entfernen.

–

Stichplatte demontieren.

– Transporteur; vordere Schraube entfernen und zur Seite

drehen.

– Greiferbefestigungsschrauben lösen und Greifer

herausnehmen.

– CLB-Greifer einsetzen, Befestigungsschrauben anziehen

(erste Schraube in Drehrichtung auf Fläche).

2.2 Greifereinstellung überprüfen

Für beide Klasse: 767-FAS-573 und 767-AE-5-73

– Schleifenhub; siehe Anhang (Serviceanleitung Kapitel 4.1,

Seite 15).

– Nadelstangenhöhe; siehe Anhang (Serviceanleitung

Kapitel 4.2, Seite 16).

– Abstand des Greifers zur Nadel; siehe Anhang

(Serviceanleitung Kapitel 4.3, Seite 17).

– Greiferschutz; siehe Anhang (Serviceanleitung

Kapitel 4.4, Seite 18).

2.3 Montage der Einzelteile

2.3.1 Für Klasse: 767-FAS-573

– Transporteur einstellen und Schrauben anziehen.
– Stichplatte montieren.
– Gegenmesser montieren.
– Fadenziehmesser montieren.
– Spulengehäuselüfter-Einstellung überprüfen:

Spulengehäuselüfter; siehe Anhang (Serviceanleitung
Kapitel 6.1, S. 24).

– Bobbine einlegen und einfädeln; siehe

Bobbinen-Einfädelplan.

– Schieber einsetzen und schliessen.

2.3.2 Für Klasse: 767-AE-5-73

– Transporteur einstellen und Schrauben anziehen.
– Stichplatte montieren.
– Spulengehäuselüfter-Einstellung überprüfen:

Spulengehäuselüfter; siehe Anhang (Serviceanleitung
Kapitel 6.1, S. 24).

– Bobbine einlegen und einfädeln; siehe

Bobbinen-Einfädelplan.

3. Bobbinen-Einfädelplan

–

Bobbine einlegen.

– Anfangsfaden der neuen Bobbine etwas abziehen, damit die

erste Kräuselung beseitigt ist.

– Faden durch den Deckelschlitz z iehen.

– Faden zwischen Bodenblech und Deckel durchziehen, den

Faden auf der Rückseite des Bodenblechs mit dem Finger
festklemmen.

– Deckel schliessen und sicher verriegeln, die Schraube 1

muss sich im Langloch ganz vorn befinden.

Faden in die Durchführung des Spulengehäuses einführen.

– Faden unter dem Deckblech in das Langloch des

Spulengehäuses fädeln, der Faden zieht sich automatisch in
die Unterfadenspannungsfeder.

1. General information

A conversion to the bobbin hook CLB 300 is possible with the
class 767-FAS-573 and 767-AE-5-73.

With class 767-AE-5-73 machines, delivered before January 1st,
2007, the rigid foot 0767 220143 (01.0) must be used.

On request: Slide 0767 140143 with sight glass for thread monitoring.

1.1 Scope of delivery

Before proceeding with the conversion task:

Please make sure that you have all components of the kit.
The complete kit for the transformation of the bobbin hook with the

order no.: 0767 150754 consists of the following components:

1x Hook 0767 150754
1x Manual 0791 767774

On request:

1x Slide (with sight glass) 0767 140143

2. Conversion

Attention! Risk of injury !

Turnthemainswitchoffandremovetheplugbeforestarting
the conversion.

The transformation may only be performed by qualified
technicians.

2.1 Disassembling the components / Inserting the bobbin

2.1.1 Class: 767-FAS-573

– Remove the slide.
– Remove the counter knife.
– Remove the thread-pulling knife.
– Remove the throat plate.
– Feed dog; remove the front screw and push it to the side.
– Loosen the hook fastening screws and remove the hook.
– Insert the CLB-hook, tighten the fastening screws (first

screw in the direction of rotation on the flat spot).

Remove the slide.

–

Remove the throat plate.

– Feed dog; remove the front screw and push it to the side.
– Loosen hook fastening screws and remove the hook.
– Remove the thread-pulling knife.
– Remove the counter-knife.
– Insert the CLB-hook, tighten the fastening screws (first screw

in the direction of rotation on the flat spot).

2.2 Checking the hook setting

For both classes: 767-FAS-573 and 767-AE-5-73

– Looping stroke; see appendix (Service instruction

chapter 4.1, p. 15).

– Needle bar height; see appendix (Service instruction

chapter 4.2, p. 16).

– Distance between hook and needle; see appendix (Service

instruction chapter 4.3, p. 17).

– Needle guard; see appendix (Service instruction

chapter 4.4, p. 18).

2.3 Assembling the components

2.3.1 Class: 767-FAS-573

– Set the feed dog and tighten the screws.
– Mount the throat plate.
– Mount the counter-knife.
– Mount the thread-pulling knife.
– Check the bobbin case lifter setting:

Bobbin case opening; see appendix (Service instruction
chapter 6.1, p. 24).

– Insert bobbin and thread the machine; see bobbin threading

scheme.

– Inse rt the slide and close it.

2.3.2 Class: 767-AE-5-73

– Set the feed dog and tighten the screws.
– Mount the throat plate.
– Check the bobbin case lifter setting:

Bobbin case opening; see appendix (Service instruction
chapter 6.1, p. 24).

– Insert bobbin and thread the machine; see bobbin threading

scheme.

Insert the slide and close it.

3. Bobbin threading scheme

–

Insert the bobbin.

– Pull off some of the first thread of the new bobbin in order to

remove the first ruffles.

– Pull the thread through the cover slit.

– Insert the thread between the bottom plate and the cover,

while holding the thread fast at the backside of the bottom
plate with a finger.

– Close the cover and securely lock it, the screw 1 must be

right at the front of the oblong.

Insert the thread through the passage of the bobbin case.

– Thread the thread underneath the cover plate into the oblong

of the bobbin case, the thread then is automatically pulled in
the bobbin thread tension spring.
