Die Nähanlagen 1265-5 und 1365-5-2 mit
Differential-Ober- und Untertransport bie­ten Ihnen herausragende Lösungen zum
rationellen Versäubern von Vorder- und
Hinterhosenteilen.

Die Nähanlage 1265-5 ist eine Einkopf­Umstechanlage mit integriertem DC-Näh­antrieb.

Die 1365-5-2 ist eine Zweikopf-Umstech­anlage und kann zusätzlich mit einem
dritten Nähkopf ausgestattet werden.
Dieser ermöglicht bei der Verarbeitung
des Hosensaumes eine weitere Leis­tungssteigerung.

Die ganze Hose wird in einem Arbeits­gang umstochen – auch Gesäß- und
Schlitzbogen (abhängig von der Form)
können in den Arbeitsgang integriert wer­den. Auch Hosen mit Kniefutter sind kein
Problem: Mit einer Klebestation (optional)
werden beide Nähteile fixiert und ver­schiebungsfrei, mit der gewünschten
Mehrweite im Kniefutter, verarbeitet.

The sewing units 1265-5 and 1365-5-2
with differential top and bottom feed offer
excellent solutions for the rational serging
of front and hind trousers parts.

The sewing unit 1265-5 is a single-head
overlock unit with integrated DC sewing
motor.

The 1365-5-2 is a twin-head overlock unit
and can additionally be equipped with a
third sewing head allowing a further
increase in efficiency when processing
the trousers hem.

The trousers is completely serged in one
operation, i.e. also the seat curve and the
vent curve (depends on shape) can be
integrated in the operation. Even trousers
with knee lining are no problem: Both
workpieces are fused by means of an
adhesive tacker (optional) and processed
without displacement with the desired
fullness in the knee lining.

excellentes pour le surfilage rationnel des
devants et derrières de pantalon.

La 1265-5 est une unité de couture over­lock à une tête avec moteur intégré à cou­rant continu.

L‘unité de couture overlock 1365-5-2 à
deux têtes peut être équipée d‘une troi­sième tête. Celle-ci permet d’accroître le
rendement lors de la réalisation d’ourlets
de pantalon.

Le pantalon complet est surfilé en une
seule opération, l’intégration de l‘arrondi
de fond et de la braguette est également
possible (dépendante de la forme). Les
pantalons avec doublure au genou ne
posent pas de problème non plus. Grâce à
une station de collage (en option) les deux
pièces à coudre sont fixées et réalisées
sans décalage avec l’embu de doublure
demandé.

The knee lining is fused with the upper
fabric by means of the adhesive tacker
(optional).

• The trousers inseam is positioned at

the first sewing head and the sewing
operation starts automatically.

•

The fabric is automatically guided and
sewn, and then transported to the
second sewing head. The side seam
is automatically serged, and the fabric
is stacked.

• The rear parts of the trousers are ser-

ged in the same way (without knee

lining).

Anwendungsbeispiel 1365-5-2:

•

Das Kniefutter wird an der optionalen
Klebestation mit dem Oberstoff fixiert.

• Die Schrittnaht wird am ersten Nähkopf

positioniert und der Nähvorgang beginnt
automatisch.

• Das Nähgut wird automatisch geführt,

genäht und zum zweiten Nähkopf trans­portiert. Die Seitennaht wird automa­tisch versäubert, und das Nähgut wird
abgestapelt.

• Das Versäubern der Hinterhosenteile

erfolgt in gleicher Weise (ohne Knie­futter).
