The sewing units for piped pockets 100-68/1 and 100-68/2 allow
an efficient and flexible production of straight and slanted welt
pockets, flap pockets and inside pockets for the production of
men’s jackets, coats, blazers, anoraks and trousers on a maxi-
mum quality level. A wide range of optional equipment is available for the various fields of application.
100-68/1 – Lining inside pockets
For sewing lining inside pockets an automatic tape feeder
and cutter as well as a feeding and trimming device for
endless zippers are available.
100-68/1 – Production of trousers
For the production of trousers the machine can optionally
be equipped with a bundle clamp and the corresponding
rest table as well as with an ejector roller or blowing device.
100-68/2 – Outside pockets of men’s jackets
Equipment configurations for straight and slanted piped
pockets, with or without flap, with or without pocket bag,
flip stacker with automatic lowering device.
100-68/2 – Universal use
The quick change between the production of trousers and
men’s jackets is enabled by a second photocell and max.

schrägen Leisten-, Patten- und Innentaschen in der Sakko-,
Mantel-, Jacken-, Anorak- und Hosenfertigung auf höchstem
Qualitätsniveau. Für den Einsatz in den verschiedenen Einsatzgebieten stehen entsprechende Zusatzausstattungen zur Verfügung.
100-68/1 – Futterinnentaschen
Für das Nähen von Futterinnentaschen steht eine Bandzuführ- und Abschneidautomatik sowie eine Zuführ- und
Abschneidvorrichtung für Endlos-Reißverschlüsse zur
Verfügung.
100-68/1 – Hosenfertigung
In der Hosenfertigung kann die Maschine mit einer Bündelklemme und dazugehörendem Auflagetisch und einer Ausroll- oder Ausblasvorrichtung ausgestattet werden.
100-68/2 – Sakkoaußentaschen
Ausstattungsvariante für gerade und schräge Paspeltaschen, mit oder ohne Patte, mit oder ohne Taschenbeutel,
Überwurfstapler mit automatischer Absenkung.

Flexibility is the outstanding feature of the sewing units for
piped pockets classes 100-68/1 and 100-68/2. The sewing unit
100-68/1 is designed for rectangular piped pockets, flap
pockets and welt pockets. The sewing unit 100-68/2 is designed for rectangular and slanted piped pockets, flap pockets
and welt pockets.
The field of application covers all sectors of the clothing industry and includes all variants of straight and slanted pocket shapes. The folders can be changed from e.g. double piping to single piping in a few seconds. In case of thread breakage the
needle thread monitor puts the corner knives out of operation
automatically and the machine stops the sewing process. The
automatic corner incision device is freely programmable
without mechanical adjustments thus allowing maximum flexibility. It is swivel-mounted so that it is easily accessible to the
technician.
The new control panel with touch screen and colour graphic
display simplifies the programming considerably and allows a
quick access to all parameters while programming and sewing.
Seam programs with internationally comprehensible symbols –
completed by own texts in the respective language, if required –
comply with the request for easy and comfortable programming and operation.
Flexibilität ist die herausragende Eigenschaft der Paspeltaschen-Nähanlagen 100-68/1 und 100-68/2. Die Nähanlage
100-68/1 ist für rechtwinklige, die Nähanlage 100-68/2 ist für
rechtwinklige oder schräge Paspel-, Patten- und Leistentaschen konzipiert.
Das Einsatzgebiet der Nähanlagen erstreckt sich über alle
Bereiche der Bekleidungsindustrie und umfasst alle Varianten
der geraden und schrägen Taschenformen. Faltstempel kön-
nen in wenigen Sekunden von z. B. Doppel- auf Einfachpaspel
gewechselt werden. Der Oberfadenwächter setzt bei Fadenbruch die Eckenmesser automatisch außer Funktion und die
Maschine stoppt den Nähvorgang. Die automatische Eckeneinschneidvorrichtung ist ohne mechanische Einstellungen frei
programmierbar und erlaubt damit ein Höchstmaß an Flexibilität. Sie ist ausschwenkbar und damit für den Techniker leicht
zugänglich.
Das neue Bedienfeld mit Touch-Screen und grafischem Farbdisplay vereinfacht das Programmieren erheblich und erlaubt
einen schnellen Zugriff auf alle Parameter während des Programmierens und Nähens. Werksseitig gespeicherte Nahtprogramme mit international verständlichen Symbolen, bei Bedarf
ergänzt mit selbst erstellten Texten in der jeweiligen Landessprache, erfüllen den Wunsch nach einfacher und komfortabler
Programmierung und Bedienung.
