Warning
To avoid possible electric shock or personal
injury, and to av oi d po ss i bl e damage to the Meter or
to the eq ui pm en t un der te st, adher e to th e followin g
rules:
Before using the Meter inspect the case. Do
not use the Meter if it is damaged or the case
(or part of t he ca se) is remo ved. Look for
cracks or missing plastic. Pay attention to
the insulation around the connectors.
Inspect the test leads for damaged insulation
or exposed metal. Check the test leads for
continuity.
Do not apply more than the r ate d voltage, as
marked on the Meter, between the terminals or
between any terminal and grounding.
The rota ry swit ch sh ould be place d in the righ t
position and no any changeover of range shall
be made during measurement is conducted to
prevent dama ge of the Meter.
When the Meter working at an effective voltage
over 60V in DC or 30V rms in AC, speci al car e
should be take n for ther e is da ng er of ele ctric
shock.
Use the proper terminals, function, and range
for your measurements.
Do not use or store the Meter in an
environment of high temperature, humidity,
explosive, inflammable and strong magnetic
field. The perf or mance of t he Meter may
deteriorate after dampened.
When using the test leads, keep your fingers
behi nd th e finger gua r d s.
Disconnect circuit power and discharge all
