Achieve optimum accuracy and
performance in measuring uncom­pensated volumetric fluid.
Available in two versions, a flow totalizer/ratemeter and a local batch control unit.
Gather information such as accumu-
lated flow total, instantaneous flow rate and numerous batch control functions (batch count read-out, operator-entered batch preset, or start/stop/resume valve control) based on your needs.

Basic hardware sets for flow total/

Accepts analog or digital inputs. Two relays, five transistors and 4 – 20 mA outputs. Hardware and/or firmware modifications will be customized to fit the application.
OEM name and logo on front label (models are proprietary to the OEM). Other count/rate-based OEM applications are welcome.

Flow Measurement and Control
Flow total and rate, batch control and flowmeter signal conditioning, as a stand-alone display or controller, or as a component in a PC- or PLC-based system.
Digital Panel Metering
Scalable tachometry from 0 – 10V or 4 – 20 mA drive input, motor current and voltage current readout, as a local/ remote display or as a signal isolator, with max./min. capture and hold and alarm outputs.
Temperature Indication
Motor temperature display with over­temp alarms. TC or RTD readout and temperature sensor to 0 – 10V and 4 – 20 mA process signal conversion.
Counting
Product totalization, length, measure­ment, single-axis positioning, cut to length and product lot batching.
Rate Metering
Scalable tachometry from a digital sensor input, motion detection and production rate. Process time for baking, annealing and injection molding machinery. Either function with hi/low alarms and analog 0 – 10V and 4 – 20 mA retransmission.
