Preparation before use
1. Your Smart phone or tablet
has connected to a 2.4G WiFi
with internet
2. You have the correct wifi
password
3. Not allow to hide wifi(SSID).
4. Router no MAC filter is set.

APP, please allow it

4. Follow below wiring instruction
to the connect the device.

green LED fast blinks 3 times and
repeats. Like the picture below.
If the device is already in the pairing
state. proceed to the next step.

Q: Device display is “Offline”
A: The newly added device needs 1-2 minutes
to connect to your WiFi router and the
internet. If it keeps offline for a long time.
please judge the problem by the LED
blinking status.
Green LED is quickly blinks one time every
second. device failed to connect to WiFi.
1. The device is too far away the router
2. The device does not support 5G WiFi
choose 2.4G WiFi, try again
3. Check the router for MAC address filtering
4. Restart router, release the address, try again

Product warranty is valid only when the failure of the product does not
arise due to use for any unintended purpose
Product doesn't fall/cover under warranty for damage resulting due to
product installed or used in abnormal environments or due to water
leakage/seepage from the ceiling /walls.
Product doesn't fall/cover under warranty for damage resulting due to
usage of power supply other than 230 volts, 50 Hz AC mains single
phase.
Product doesn't fall/cover under warranty for damages resulting from
accidents, mishandling, improper use or negligence on part of the
customer and also damage during transit after the customer purchases
the product.
Product doesn't fall/cover under warranty for Modification in product or
company warranty seal broken.
Product doesn't fall/cover under warranty in case of fire, flood and
other natural disasters/act of God.
Limitation of liability:
Under no circumstances the company shall be liable for any special,
indirect, incidental, exemplary or consequential loss or damages, inter
alia including, loss of profit, loss of use, loss of revenues even if
informed of possibility of these damages. The company aggregate
liability in respect of all claims under the warranty shall not exceed the
original purchase price of the Product or at the company's option,
replacement of the Product with like or similar product. The company
excludes all other warranties, conditions, terms, representations and
undertakings whether express or implied.
Jurisdiction: -
Claims, if any, shall be made only before the courts having jurisdiction in
New Delhi and no claim shall be made against the company outside New
Delhi not withstanding that the Appliance may have been sold or
delivered elsewhere.
