IMPORTANT – READ CAREFULLY AND RETAIN FOR FUTURE REFERENCE
SAFETY WARNINGS
• Do not use heater until it is correctly tted to a wall using the brackets supplied.
• Do not use this appliance in a bathroom or shower room.
• This appliance must not be located immediately underneath a xed socket outlet.
• Check the condition of heater before use. If it is damaged, the appliance must not be used until repair has been made. Only qualied personnel may carry out repairs - incorrect repairs can put the user in considerable danger and make the guarantee invalid.
• Unplug the appliance before cleaning it with a vacuum cleaner, a damp cloth or a brush. Abrasive or corrosive cleaning agents must not be used. If you do not use the appliance for a long time, you should protect it against excessive dust or dirt.
• Children of less than 3 years should be kept away unless continuously supervised.
• Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall only switch on/off the appliance provided that it has been placed or installed in its intended normal operating position and they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
• Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall not plug in, regulate and clean the appliance or perform user maintenance.
• CAUTION — Some parts of this product can become very hot and cause burns. Particular attention has to be given where children and vulnerable people are present.
• In order to avoid overheating, do not cover the heater. Do not dry clothes or towels on the heater.
• Must be used on mains supply only at the voltage marked on the appliance.
• A 13amp fuse approved to BS1362 must be used if replacement is required.
• The appliance should be placed at a distance that makes it impossible for a person taking a bath or shower to touch the switches and thermostat unit.
• If the electricity cable gets damaged it must only be replaced by a technician appointed by the supplier.
