1. Warm cup with rst shot of hot water.
3. Drop capsule into place and close lever.
4. Lock handle down. Press Espresso button.

• Use fresh water and allow time for system to heat.
• Once capsule has been removed from foil
sachet use immediately for the fullest avour.
• Each capsule makes a shot of rich espresso. For a stronger drink use two capsules. For a longer drink serve over hot water.
• Do not reposition capsule in machine as this may prevent the capsule from being pierced.
• To release used capsule, remove cup, then fully lift and close the lever. Ensure container is emptied regularly.

A classic Indonesian with a complex intense
prole. It is full avoured and full bodied
with rich texture and a persistent nish. This
coffee has a date-like sweetness with notes of
molasses and subtle stoned fruits.
COLOMBIA HUILA
Vibrant and juicy with subtle notes of
dark chocolate
This coffee has a full juicy body with medium
sweetness throughout and subtle avours of
blackcurrant and black forest berries. Crisp balanced acidity, concentrated blackcurrant cordial dominates with subtle notes of plum and honeydew melon.
ETHIOPIAN SIDAMO
From the birthplace of Arabica with
complex fruit notes and oral aroma
Complex notes of bergamot, sparkling lemonade and manuka honey, balanced with
walnut bitters in the nish.

Sourced from a cooperative of small holders across diverse communities in the Gayo Highlands. Many farms are situated near the Gunung National Park, an environmentally important area that provides sanctuary to endangered species. Coffee production supports community development and conservation practices.

on a unique avour with low acidity.
Sourced from an association of small coffee growers in the famous Huila region of Western Colombia. Most of their beans are grown in the shade at high altitude. Their vision is “to
