Each patented capsule is individually
foil-wrapped to lock in freshness for that
just-roasted taste.
1. Warm cup with rst shot of hot water.
2. Fully lift lever before inserting capsule.
3. Drop capsule into place and close lever.
4. Lock handle down. Press Espresso button.
5. Enjoy!

• Use fresh water and allow time for system
to heat.
• Once capsule has been removed from foil
sachet use immediately for the fullest avour.
• Each capsule makes a shot of rich espresso.
For a stronger drink use two capsules.
For a longer drink serve over hot water.
• Do not reposition capsule in machine as this
may prevent the capsule from being pierced.
• To release used capsule, remove cup, then
fully lift and close the lever. Ensure container
is emptied regularly.

Intense and smooth with indulgent
notes of treacle & dark cocoa
A complex, intense coffee made up of three
very different and distinctive Indian coffees to
create a bold and unique blend.
Full bodied and rich with bold
tropical fruits
A classic Indonesian with a complex intense
prole. It is full avoured and full bodied
with rich texture and a persistent nish. This
coffee has a date-like sweetness with notes of
molasses and subtle stoned fruits.
COLOMBIA HUILA
Vibrant and juicy with subtle notes of
dark chocolate
This coffee has a full juicy body with medium
sweetness throughout and subtle avours of
blackcurrant and black forest berries. Crisp
balanced acidity, concentrated blackcurrant
cordial dominates with subtle notes of plum and
honeydew melon.
ETHIOPIAN SIDAMO
From the birthplace of Arabica with
complex fruit notes and oral aroma
Complex notes of bergamot, sparkling
lemonade and manuka honey, balanced with
walnut bitters in the nish.

Sourced from a cooperative of small holders
across diverse communities in the Gayo
Highlands. Many farms are situated near the
Gunung National Park, an environmentally
important area that provides sanctuary to
endangered species. Coffee production

We source from groups of small coffee farmers, who

Sourced from mostly small farms in Southern
India where coffee is shade grown with other
crops, encouraging biodiversity.
Monsooned Malabar beans are exposed to
rain-drenched winds, causing the beans to take
on a unique avour with low acidity.
Sourced from an association of small coffee
growers in the famous Huila region of Western
Colombia. Most of their beans are grown in
the shade at high altitude. Their vision is “to
produce the cleanest, and most rich in avour
coffee that mankind ever tasted”.
