Place the bottle on a flat surface.
●
Position the foil cutter side of the stand over the top of the bottle.
●
Squeeze in the two side buttons applying enough pressure to cut the foil, then
rotate bottle
●
To lift off the cut foil from the top of the bottle, gently grip side buttons while
making an upward lifting action.
●
The removed foil should be held inside the cutter.

●
Place the bottle on a flat surface.
●
Place the corkscrew over the top of the bottle, so that the corkscrew shoulders on the inside
of the corkscrew rest on the top of the bottle.
●
Firmly grip the bottom of the legs of the corkscrew with one hand. NOTE: Continue to hold
for the duration of procedure.
●
Apply a downward and clockwise rotational action to the handle and continue turning until
the cork has risen fully up the spiral and out of the neck of the bottle.
●
Remove corkscrew with cork from the bottle.
until foil is fully cut.

Gently hold the body of the corkscrew
●
Rotate handle in an anti-clockwise direction, until the spiral is out of the cork.
●
Open the legs of the corkscrew and at the same time push the spiral gently down onto the
cork pushing it out from the corkscrew.

●
Position the correct side of the stand over the bottle.
●
With the heel of your hand push down and at the same time with your
fingers pull up, the bottle top will be removed.

TThhee SSttaanndd
●
To store the corkscrew, locate into centre of the stand with gently downward pressure.

TThhee SSttooppppeerr
●
The Dualit universal stopper will fit most bottle tops, whether wine,
champagne or even sparkling drinks.
●
After opening a bottle, simply insert the stopper into the bottle and the
weight of the stopper will provide an airtight seal.
