Thank you for choosing our gas cook top. To use this artifact correctly and prevent any potential risk, read these instructions before using
it. Keep these instructions in a place where you can find easily. If you are not sure of any of the information contained in these instructions, please contact our
customer service center. The manufacturer shall not be responsible for any damages to persons or property caused by
improper installation or misuse of your kitchen. The artifact has been certified for use in countries other than those marked at the stove. The manufacturer reserves the right to make any modifications to the products as may be

• If there is a gas leak, take the following precautions:
- Do not turn on the light.
- Do not turn on / off any electrical equipment and do not touch any electrical outlet.
- Do not use the phone.
1. Do not continue using and close the gas valve.
2. Open the windows to ventilate.
3. Contact our Service Center using the telephone outside the house.

3. INSTALATION
Danger

When this stop is installed in marine vehicles or caravans, it should not be used as a heater.
Gas piping and electrical cables must be installed in such a way that they do not touch any part or stop.
Caution
This artifact must be installed by a qualified technician or installer.
• The setting conditions for this artifact are indicated on the label or data plate.
• Remove all packaging before using the stop.
• After unpacking the stopper, make sure that it is not damaged and that the connecting cable
is in perfect condition. Otherwise, contact the dealer before installing the stop.
• The adjacent furniture and all materials used in the installation must be able to withstand a
minimum temperature of tan · c above the ambient temperature of the room where it is in use.
• In the event that the burner flames are accidentally turned off, turn off the burner control and
do not attempt to restart the burner for at least one minute.

DURING USE
Warning
Use the artifact only for food preparation.
Do not modify this artifact. The burner panel is not designed to operate from an external timer or remote control system.
The use of a gas cooker causes heat and humidity in the room in which it is installed. Make sure the kitchen is well ventilated: keep the natural ventilation holes open or install a mechanical ventilation device (mechanical extractor).
Do not use this artifact if it comes into contact with water. Do not use this artifact with wet hands.
The heating and cooking surfaces of the stopper become hot when in use, take all necessary precautions.

Do not use large cloths, dishcloths or similar to the ends could touch the flames and catch fire
Never leave the artifact unattended when cooking.

Make sure the buttons are 'in this position' when not in use
Caution
This cap is designed only for home cooking. It is not designed for commercial or industrial purposes.
• Prolonged intensive use of the stop may require additional ventilation, egg opening a window, or raising the level of mechanical ventilation (extractor hood).
• Use heat resistant cloths or gloves when taking potholder or pan handles. Do not let handles close to open flames when lifting utensils.
• Be careful not to let the handles or gloves get wet or wet, as this causes heat to transfer
faster through the material.
• Only use burners after placing pots and pans in them. Do not heat empty pots or pans.
• Never use foil or plastic foil plates at the stove.
• When using other electrical stops, make sure that the cable does not come into contact with
the surfaces of the burner or with the stop.
• Do not use a dish towel or similar materials, instead of a handle. Cloths can catch fire on a hot burner.

• Always slowly warm the oil at low temperature and watch while heating.
• Fry foods should be as dry as possible. Frost on frozen foods or moisture in fresh foods can
cause hot fat to bubble up and over the sides of the pan.
• Never try to move a pan of hot fat, especially a fryer, wait until the grease cools down completely.

4. CLEANING AND SERVICE
Warning
Never use abrasive or caustic cleaners. This stop should only be repaired by an
authorized service technician and use only genuine spare parts.
Caution
• Before attempting to clean the stove, it must be disconnected from the mains and cool.
• Do not use a steam mat or other high pressure cleaning equipment to clean the artifact.
ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION
• After installation, dispose of the packaging with safety and environmental considerations in mind.
• Then dispose of old artifact, leave it unusable, cutting the cable.

HOW TO USE STOP
The following symbols appear on the control panel, next to each control handle:
Black circle: gas supply cut
Large flame: maximum setting
Small flame: minimum setting
• The minimum value is at the end of the counterclockwise rotation of the control lever.
• All operating positions must be selected from the maximum and minimum position.
• The symbol on the control panel next to the control lever will indicate which burner is in use.
Automatic ignition with the flame failure safety device
The stop is equipped with a flame failure safety device for each burner, which is designed to stop the flow of gas to the burner head in the event the flame goes out.

To light a burner:
• Press the control button of the gas burner you want to turn on and turn counterclockwise to
the maximum position.
• If the control button is held down, the automatic ignition will operate.
• You must hold down the control button for 15 seconds then it will turn on. If after 15 seconds
the burner has not lit, stop operating and open the compartment door and / or wait at least 1 minute before attempting further burner contact.
• After this 15-second interval, the flame control must continue to rotate the control knob counter- clockwise until the flame is at a suitable level. The operating position MUST be in a position between the maximum and minimum.
• To turn off the burner, turn the control knob all the way clockwise to the off position.

6. SAFETY AND ENERGY SAVING ADVICE
Do not use cooking utensils that overlap the edge of the burner.

• As soon as a liquid begins to boil, lower the heat to keep the liquid
simmering.
7. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
BURNERS
• Remove burner caps and flame diffusers by pulling them up and away from the stove plate.
• Soak in hot water and some detergent or dishwasher.
• After cleaning and washing, wipe and dry carefully. Make sure that the flame holes are clean
and completely dry.
• Clean the fixed parts of the burner cover with a damp cloth and dry it afterwards.
• Gently wipe the igniter and flame control device with a clean cloth and dry with a clean cloth.
• Before placing the rear burners on the stove plate, make sure the injector is not blocked.
Reassemble the Auxiliary, Semi-Fast, Fast and Triple-Crown burners as follows:
1. Place the flame spreader (+) into the burner cup (5) so that the igniter and the flame monitoring device are spread through their respective holes in the flame diffuser. The spreader and flame should click in place correctly.
2 Place the burner cap (1, 2, and 3) on the flame spreader (+) so that the retaining pins fit into their respective anchors.
Replace parts in the correct order after cleaning.

- Do not mix stove and bottom.
- The locating pins must fit exactly into the grooves.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Caution
• No modify this artifact.
• This artifact must be installed by an authorized technician or installer.
• Before installation, ensure that the local distribution conditions (nature of the gas and gas
pressure) and the setting of the artifact are compatible.
• The adjustment conditions for this artifact are indicated on the label (or data plate).
• This artifact is not connected to a combustion product disposal device. It must be installed
and connected in accordance with the current installation regulations. Particular attention should be given to the relevant requirements in relation to ventilation.
• Before installing, turn off the gas and electricity supply in the artifact.
• All electrical artifacts must be earthed.
• Make sure the gas pipe and electrical wires are installed in such a way that they do not touch
any parts of the artifact that might be hot.
• The Gas Tube or connector must not be bent or blocked by other artifacts.
• Check the dimensions of the artifact as well as the dimensions of the gap to be cut in the
kitchen cabinet.
• The panels located above the work surface, directly in contact, must be made of non­flammable material. Both the laminate flooring and the glue used to secure it must be heat resistant to prevent deterioration.
• Open the gas tap to turn on each burner. Check for a clear blue flame with no yellow tips. If the burners show abnormalities check the following:
-The burner cover is correctly
- Flame Spreader is in the correct position
- The burner is vertically aligned with the injector nipple
• A full function test and a leak test must be done after installation.
• The hose must be tested in such a way that it cannot come into contact with the movable parts of the stop and
not pass through any clogging space.

LOCATION
• This device is to be placed to about 600 jobs with the following minimum distances
mm of the surface of which they are allowed:
• The edges of the hob must be at least 60 mm from one side or rear wall.
• 700 mm between the highest point of the stove surface (including burners) and the bottom of any
horizontal surface directly above it.
• 400 mm between the abutment surfaces, provided that the lower part of the horizontal surface is in line with the outer edge of the hob.
• If the bottom of the horizontal surface is less than 400 mm, then it must be at least 50 mm away from
the outer edges of the hob.
• Pour 50 mm around the artifact and between the cooking surface and any combustible material.
• It must have a space of at least 25 mm and a maximum of 74 mm between the bottom of the artifact
and any surface underneath it.
- An oven must have forced ventilation to install a stopper above it.
- Check the dimensions of the oven in the installation manual.
- Must comply with cut measurements.

INSTALLING THE STOP
1. Remove the grilles, burner cap and flame spreader, and carefully turn the Stopper upside down and place it on a padded mat.
2. Take care that the ignition devices and the flame and the monitoring devices are not damaged in this operation.
3. Apply the sponge provided around the edge of the artifact.
4. Do not leave gap in the sealing agent or superimpose the thickness.
Sponge
The thickness of the sponge is 3 mm. The width of the sponge is 10 mm.
Bottom view
Do not use a silicone sealant to seal the stopper
opening. This will make it difficult to remove it from the aperture in
the future, especially if it needs to be repaired.
1. Place the bracket (B) over the holes that match the size of the screws. There are a number of screw holes in each corner of the hob (H). Slightly tighten a screw (C) through the bracket (B), so that the bracket attaches to the stop, until the position is properly adjusted.
2. Carefully turn the stopper back and then gently lower it into the opening hole you have trimmed.
3. At the bottom of the hob, adjust the brackets in a position where it is suitable for the stop. Then tighten the screws (C) to secure the plate into position.

8. GAS CONNECTION
• This artifact must be installed and connected in accordance with the installation regulations in force in the country in which the artifact is to be used.
• This artifact is supplied to operate on LPG and natural gas. Conversion for use of LPG and natural gas should only be performed by a qualified person.
• It is a law that all gas artifacts are installed by competent persons in accordance with the current edition of the Gas Installation Safety and Use Regulations.
• It is in their interest and safety to ensure compliance with the law.
• In the UK, GAS SEGURO, registered installers work with safety standards. The stop should also
be installed in accordance with the current edition of the BS 6172. Failure to properly install the stop could invalidate the warranties, claims.

9. ELECTRIC CONNECTION
• This artifact must be grounded.
• It is designed to be connected to a power supply of 110-240V, 50 / 60HzAC
• The supply cable wires are colored according to the following codes:
- Green / Yellow = Earth
- Blue = Neutral
- Brown = Current
The Colorado Green and Yellow seta Colorado should be connected to the terminal that is marked with the tetra (or poor Earth symbol).
GAS ADJUSTMENT
• Take precautions in the operations and adjustments to be carried out when
converting one gas to another.
• The work must be performed by a qualified technician.
• Before starting, turn off the gas and electricity supply to the artifact.
Change the burner injector.
Remove the pan support, burner cover and spreader
Unscrew the injector using a 7 mm socket wrench and replace it with the injector stipulated for the new gas supply.
Carefully assemble all components.
After the injectors have been replaced, it is advisable to tightly screw the injector in place.

Setting the minimum flame level
1. Turn the knob to the minimum.
2. Remove the button and place a small screwdriver in the center of the shaft.
3. The correct setting is obtained when the flame has a length of approximately 3 - 4 mm.
-For butane / propane gas, the set screw must be tightly screwed.
-Reflect the control knob.
- Ensure that the flame does not go out by turning rapidly from maximum to minimum flow. If it does not then remove the control knob and do it again.
4. Repeat this process for each of the gas faucets
Do not dismantle the take-up shaft: in case of malfunction, change the entire
take-up.
• Before placing the burners first, make sure the injector is not blocked. • A complete test of operation and a test of possible gas leaks must be carried
out after gas conversion. (With soap and water to detect the gas)
• After completing the conversion, a qualified technician or installer must mark
"V" in the appropriate gas category to match the rating on the rating plate.
• Remove the "V" setting mark above.

10. PROBLEM SOLVING
• Repairs should only be performed by an authorized technician. Improper repair can be dangerous for you and other important people.
• However, some minor problems can be solved as follows:
