1. RECOMMENDATIONS AND SUGGESTIONS
INSTALLATION
• The manufacturer is not liable for damage caused by improper or improper installation.
• Please read this instruction manual before installing and using the extractor. It is
important to keep this manual in a safe place for future reference.
• This extractor can be used in conduit mode (external smoke ducts) or recirculation mode
(internal recycling). The choice of modes can be left to the customers' decision.
• Only a qualified technician can perform the installation work.
• Check that the mains voltage corresponds to the voltage indicated on the inner plate of
the extractor
• Do not connect the extractor to the flue pipes (boilers, chimneys, etc.)
• If the extractor is used in conjunction with non-electric appliances (eg gas appliances), a
sufficient ventilation system must be provided in place to avoid backflow of exhaust gases. The kitchen should have a direct opening in the open air in order to ensure the entry of clean air.
• The minimum installation distance to the kitchen worktop should be 650 mm. If the installation manual of the gas cooker specifies a greater distance than the suggested one, it must be taken into account.
• The extractor must be installed on a plate with four anchor points.
NOTICE: Taking into account the weight of the extractor, it is recommended that two or more persons are required to install or move. Otherwise, it may cause physical injury.
USE:
• The extractor has been designed for domestic use only, to remove fumes from the kitchen.
• Never use the extractor for purposes other than those intended.
• When the extractor is operating, it must not be exposed to high flames below.
• Adjust the flame intensity by which it should be directed to the bottom of the pots, making
sure that the flame does not come out over the edge of the pot.
• When frying, the flame intensity must be continuously monitored: very hot oil may burst
into flames.

EXTRACTOR CLEANING
Stainless steel is one of the easiest materials to clean, but special care must be taken to preserve it in good condition.
Cleaning Tips:
A damp cloth is needed with soap or detergent.
Dry with a soft, clean cloth to avoid water stains.
Do not allow dirt to remain for long periods of time.
Do not use steel sponges or steel brushes.
Do not use salt solutions, disinfectants, or other cleaning items that remain in
contact with stainless steel for extended periods of time. Many of these compounds contain chemicals that can be harmful.
